You can do self serve (which I did), drop off for wash and fold service, or pickup/delivery from a broad area of metro San Juan (as far as Dorado or Rio Grande!). Great choice if you don't want to do your own laundry (it does take a lot of time...), if you have an Airbnb and want a service to wash all the towels and linens between guests, if you are on an extended stay in San Juan and don't want to pay hotel prices for laundry, or if your washing machine at home broke and you need to cover the time until your new machine arrives. Or if you have a few large items which don't fit in your own machine. There is parking, a decent Chinese restaurant, a bar, and a grocery store in the same shopping center, which has sufficient parking (and a guard to keep it orderly). It is coinless, you pay with a credit card into an account online or at the machine. The machines are quite fast, and a complete wash and dry cycle takes about an hour. There is free WiFi, a wide variety of detergents and other cleaning products, and good covid-19 protocols in place to protect everyone's safety.

This place was so easy to deal with! We walked in with a few small bags of clothes from our week in PR and they weighed them and we paid for drop off service with same day pick up. Although we could not make it the same day, the next day they had everything ready still and they were SUPER nice. Very pleasant and had great manners, which you don't get often in PR unfortunately. If we ever decide to come back to PR, definitely will visit them again

The price should have been disclosed before taking the dress from the front desk especially if you plan to charge outrageous prices. What now? Give me dress back dirty? Another person in my building said you charged $50 to iron pants, this is not right. I am in shock give me a reasonable price for my dress back and I promise I will never use your services again. Cuando me los devuelven, lo primero que note fue una plasta de pega marron que le dejaron a los zapatos y que la limpieza no fue muy extensa ya que quedaron igual a cuando yo les paso un paño humedo en mi casa. La primera vez que use los zapatos para ir a la oficina,nuevamente se le daño la suela al mismo zapato que "repararon" y en el mismo sitio. Termine con el zapato dañado igual que cuando lo entregue excepto que ahora tienen una plasta marron. Cuando pregunte si ofrecen garantia me dijeron que no y que tendria que pagar nuevamente para que ellos reparan el zapato. Demas esta decir que no recomiendo este sitio para limpieza o reparacion de zapatos. No pierdan el tiempo.
