This was the venue for an international academic conference that I attended. There's a large banquet hall on the third floor. It's located in the Hotel Zone so there are lots of options for stay nearby. I was not particularly impressed with this venue mainly because while attending lectures in one lecture hall you can overhear people in other parallel lecture sessions in other halls. It is very distracting. It's a fairly small venue. However there are many shops and eateries close by and a pharmacy too that's right in front. It's also easy to catch a bus or hail a cab from this area and many hotels are at a walking distance. Places like Coco Bongo are close by and the night life is active and vibrant in this area.
