I am not one that loves to exercise, as for me, most programs are boring! Club Pilates engages your mind and your body for every move so time flies when you are there...you have your own reformer and equipment and it really does feel like a personal training session. After surgery on my shoulder, I found better mobility from the classes and my hips don't hurt every day!! It is very restorative! I highly recommend for every body and every fitness level!! The class begins at 7am at the Tennessee Beach Access and lasts 1 hour. Caroline was warm, welcoming and made the practice good for all levels. She focused on our breath, gentle poses and our beautiful surroundings. Overlooking the sun rising over the ocean was so peaceful and rejuvenating as the waves crash on the beach. Also, it was cool to have the sand move under your towel. It actually cradled your body and hands in poses that was really great. Some of the flow movements were trickier with the sand but doable. I wished I had done this class earlier in the summer as they will not offer it during the colder months. I'll be checking out their other classes!

Drop ins are typically $20.00 but when I asked if there was a military discount - Billy offers 100% free week to both me and my partner (both of us are veterans). I'm unsure if this is a published discount but I wasn't asking any questions! ONLY GRATITUDE! (It was my birthday too!) Context: I have been trying out studios that offer Vinyasa yoga and Hot Yoga (26 standing) since 2011 when I was traveling for work, so I've been around the block on or twice ;) i love trying new places when I travel because every Yogi Instructor brings a different aspect / perspective and life experiences (Just like is!) to the class and the way they lead the class. Billy was no different, part of me wishes I could have asked how he got into Yoga since the way he lead was unique and he brought one or two different anecdotes that were very special and relative. The studio was clean, had Valentine's Day balloons everywhere and wonderful music that took us through the practice! I will 100% recommend to any friends or family in the area. Full hour and perfect set up for the perfect day.
