They even have trivia night (Tuesdays). There were several wines by the glass to choose from, so I tried a Chardonnay, as I was told it didn't have a heavy oaky flavor. I really liked it!! And it was a nice pour for $7. Four of us enjoyed our wine before going out to dinner. This is definitely a place I'll return to. I may even join the wine club!

Context: I have been trying out studios that offer Vinyasa yoga and Hot Yoga (26 standing) since 2011 when I was traveling for work, so I've been around the block on or twice ;) i love trying new places when I travel because every Yogi Instructor brings a different aspect / perspective and life experiences (Just like is!) to the class and the way they lead the class. For Covid, they check temperatures when you walk in and everyone has to wear a mask. They also have hand sanitizer at all of the workout stations. The space is always clean and fresh. If you're out of shape like I am, it can be intimidating just to set foot inside where most people are in shape and "look the part." However, I was made to feel comfortable right away. If you're new to Barre, I would recommend starting with a breaking down the barre class or a foundations class to get started. All classes can be modified, and instructors are happy to help you get the most out of your workout/answer any questions you may have. During class I sweat like heck and really feel the burn. Afterwards, I always feel awesome. The next day, I'm so pleasantly sore and want to go back again! I can already feel and see changes in my flexibility and muscle tone after just a few classes. It's not the cheapest workout around, but it's so worth the investment in yourself!

I thought this might be nasty sweating in a sauna behind others but you will use a HotWorx mat/towel, so it's not what I expected and is a very clean facility. The secret sauce to all of this is the infrared as the benefits are incredible. Don't take it from me, go Google benefits of infrared sauna workouts and read it from Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, etc. Give this place a try regardless of where you're at with fitness if you want to live a healthier life.

I never get bored and the hour always goes by quickly. Austin and Reese are always welcoming, provide great support and guidance, and are just great guys. The small group training class that I'm familiar with is 99% weights and muscle group training with a two minute cardio finish. There are classes pretty much every hour minus Sunday. The atmosphere is them incredibly welcoming and non-intimidating and my weeks are better because of them.
