Staff seems to constantly change and simply go through the motions with minimal effort or experience. The new manager is as disinterested as his staff focussing on his phone not his staff or clients. The place sorely lacks the energy and guidance of the former manager Tina. Would not go back under current management and ambience.

I was in desperate need of a chiropractor or something. I had been feeling a shooting achy pain…read moredown my leg for about a week, but it wasn't constant and I had experienced it before and then it went away. But I woke up and I was having extreme pain from my left hip all the way down my leg. Behind my left knee there was in so much pain and my calf was so tight!! I was so uncomfortable and I at one point I could barely stand. I was so grateful because they just happened to have an opening. I went in and explained everything. The chiropractor did a sound wave machine on me and it hurt pretty bad. It did give some relief, when I went home the pain came back full force, but I did what the chiropractor told me to do and slowly but surly I felt so much more relief. By the evening I felt so much better! I still have a bit of aching, but I feel like a new person! I went from pain of 12 out of 10 to a four or five in just a few hours! I'm sooo grateful! I cannot say enough about the care and the concern I received!

I'm used to receiving Adjustments as well as ART with my chiro in Ontario, but Shane has done the Adjustments as well as Graston instead - it works out so well!!! The hours are pretty convenient, and they've just started doing online booking - awesome way to manage things! The office staff are lovely, as are the RMT's who share the clinic space with him. All around good clinic experience. This is the 4th chiro I've been to since I've moved to Alberta in 2014 (I'm picky) - and by far, he has been the best combination of experience and great personality so far.

As a person who works in health care, I find this two-tiered approach appalling. I purchased the voucher because I was still searching for a decent massage therapist/clinic and Dealfind's offer seemed like a good way to try out various providers for quality and techniques. But I am a firm believer that patients should never be treated as second class based on the ability to pay -- I guess they forgot that I have already prepaid! I have already decided that regardless of the quality of massage service that I hopefully someday will receive here (if I am ever able to redeem my voucher since there are 40-50 Dealfind customers ahead of me), I will not be returing to the clinic again out of pure principle. Prepaid service should never mean second class service.

All of them are quite satisfied. He is friendly, listens to your concerns, and does an excellent job - without the pressure to return repeatedly if it's not necessary. He will always recommend what treatments you NEED, and then leave the choice to you. I see him once a month or so for maintenance, and more often as needed when I do dumb stuff like take a fall or sleep funny. To top it all off, his rates are reasonable and my insurance ends up covering the whole fee so there's no extra charge over and above! Highly recommended.

I called to book the appointment the day before, the receptionist was really friendly. They were full up for same day massages but she got me in for the next day. Time's usually start at quarter to the hour. A 1 hour massage was $84. including tax, so not bad. When I showed up I told the massage therapist about my back injuries from previous car accidents and she checked out my back, the way I stood and looked at my hips. She told me she'd focus on those areas, my hamstrings, my lower back, my hips, my upper back and shoulders. When she started she putting a heating pad on my lower back to warm it up and moved it around through the massage. It was really nice to get the areas I needed fixed focuses on. Sometimes when you go for a massage they spend so much time doing a full body relaxation massage that you don't end up getting your back worked on enough. Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely come back.
