They were just finishing another job and were able to take on my requests on a short notice. Because I had a smaller job, they quoted me a flat rate with no minimum job requirement. We later decided to add a couple of mattresses and a sectional we needed to be picked up from a second address, which they were able to accommodate for a reasonable price. I got a prompt reply back when I asked and the gentleman said they'd be available. We set up a time for 4/23. That Monday, I confirmed with them through text that we were still on. The day of the move, around 9am, I texted with them and again confirmed that they were coming. Around 9:30am he said they'd be running about 20 minutes late (which happens, no biggie). From there, I never heard another word from this company. I was left sitting at my storage facility, looking like a fool, with absolutely no one to help me move into my house for an hour and half before I gave up. I called them 24 times with no call back and I received no text back. They clearly decided today wasn't a fun day to move and left me HIGH AND DRY!!! They weren't even considerate enough to even make up a lie, like, "hey, we broke down, etc." This is the behavior of a petulant child, not a professional....or even a grown man. This ended up costing me about $1k over what I had budgeted for the move. I had zero way of getting my fridge, washer/dryer, and essentials moved. Don't even consider reaching out to this company.
