Had it towed to Anthony's and was informed the fly wheel needed to be replaced (kinda had a feeling about that)... Anthony was upfront about the cost, didn't try to upsell me on anything or have me get services done that I didn't need. No nonsense and direct and not trying to blow smoke up my a$$, which I appreciate. Hopefully I wont need his services again, but if I did the next time I'm in Myrtle Beach I wouldn't hesitate to take my truck there!

The owner called and kept me updated . He also let me know of an upcoming oil change , he never pressured me to do it just let me know if I wanted to get it done he could do it then or schedule an appointment when it was due. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety.
