Ah, **"Chicas Bonitas"** in Austin, Texas--a name that rolls off the tongue smoother than a shot of…read moretequila! I stumbled upon this gem four years ago during the pandemic, when the world was locked down but my spirit was dancing like it was at a salsa competition. Picture this: it's a Friday night, the stars are aligning, and I'm ready for some Latin charm and a sprinkle of mischief. Walking in felt like stepping into a vibrant fiesta, complete with an ambiance that could only be described as "charmingly ghetto." Think of it as the kind of place where you might discover the next big salsa dancer or someone who can whip up tacos that make your taste buds do the cha-cha. It's not pretentious; it's a no-frills paradise for those of us who appreciate the beauty of Latina women. And oh boy, were there beauties to appreciate--mostly Cuban dancers who could easily grace a magazine cover or take home the gold in a salsa showdown! Now, let's talk about my evening companion: a stunning Cuban dancer whose beauty could make even the sun feel insecure. We shared drinks while I tried not to drool like a puppy in a pet store. She was so enchanting that she even gave me her WhatsApp! At that moment, I realized I might have just hit the jackpot--or at least rolled a lucky number on the roulette wheel of life. Spoiler alert: I dropped a solid $350 on lap dances. Worth every penny, my friends! She was doing things that had me questioning my life choices--and let's just say, the services went above and beyond the call of duty. After that whirlwind of a night, I knew I needed some sustenance to soak up the excitement. Off I went to the food truck out front for tacos. Now, these tacos were decent but not exactly life-changing--3 out of 5 stars. They were like that friend who always shows up to the party but never brings the good snacks. You appreciate their presence, but you're still wondering where the real goodies are! The alcohol? Affordable! I could sip on my cocktails without feeling like I was emptying my wallet faster than a kid at a candy store. A refreshing change from the overpriced drinks that often taste like regret. As I sat there, surrounded by the vibrant energy of beautiful dancers and infectious laughter, I felt completely at home. No judgment--just a shared love for the night and all its colorful characters. It was like being part of a family reunion where everyone dances a little too close for comfort, but hey, that's what makes it fun! Now, I hear "Chicas Bonitas" has closed and rebranded as "Diablas." While I haven't checked out the new digs, I can only hope they've kept the same spirit--because if you love Latina women in Austin, this was THE place to be. So if you find yourself in Austin and hear whispers of "Diablas," take my advice: dive in headfirst! Just remember to bring cash for tacos and don't forget to ask for WhatsApp. Who knows? You might just walk away with a delightful new friend and a story that will make your buddies jealous. Cheers to memories made--and the ones still to come!

There was a $25 cover and a $20 VIP pass and within 3 minutes of being in the club, one of the girls there approached me and asked me if I wanted to dance with her. I said yes and took me to the VIP section. Her name was Emily I believe and man oh man she was great, she was giving me lap dances for DAYS, I loved every minute of that club and I'm willing to come back with a lot more money in hand. Especially when I made a promise to Emily(my dancer) and I have to come back next Friday(Dec.18) to see her again. Another dancer approached me and I think she was hitting on me and I tried to escape but Emily came back(thank goodness) and we continued but I enjoyed every moment there. Emily said that if I come back at 8:00 PM on Friday night, she would give me her number. I'm freaking excited about coming back because you'll never know what you gonna get the second time ;)

On November 30, 2023, my sister was drugged with fentanyl while working at this establishment…read more Yesterday, December 1st, marked two years since she died, and I'm sharing this to warn anyone who works here or considers visiting. What we know from her case is that she was drugged inside the club. There was speculation that it came from a customer, but it could just as easily have come from someone she worked with. Several dancers chose to stay silent afterward, and some seemed more focused on protecting themselves than telling the truth. Do not assume staff or other dancers will protect you. What's even worse is this: Management and security never called the police. Not once. This was confirmed during the investigation. When she collapsed, security locked the place down, refusing to let people in or out for at least an hour. I was told a dancer even had Narcan in her locker, but security wouldn't allow her to access it. Imagine someone's life on the line--and management blocking the one thing that could've saved her. Somehow, she was eventually transported to the hospital. To this day, no one can tell me how she got there or who took her. The hospital released her within hours--confused, drugged, and alone. She was sent home in that condition. She died alone later that same day. Her boyfriend was working out of town when he got word of it all. He tried checking in, realized something was wrong, and begged for a wellness check. It took hours for anyone to actually open the door. By then, she was already gone. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and what makes it even harder is knowing how many people failed her: - Club management who didn't call the police - Security who blocked access to help - Dancers who hid information - A hospital that released a woman poisoned with fentanyl - An entire environment that treats human beings--especially women--as disposable I'm sharing this because there are real risks working in places like this. If something happens to you, do not expect this establishment to protect you. Do not expect staff to put your safety first. Do not expect police to care either--this industry is treated like a grey zone, where women don't get the same protection or urgency as anyone else. My sister deserved better. No one deserves to die the way she did--surrounded by negligence, silence, and people too afraid or too selfish to do the right thing. If you're considering working here or spending money here, understand this: If something goes wrong, you are on your own. The lack of action, transparency, and basic humanity from the people in charge contributed to the worst outcome imaginable. Establishments that profit from vulnerable workers have a responsibility to protect them. Based on my family's experience, this place failed that responsibility in every way that mattered.

If you care about your safety, avoid this place. On our…read morefirst visit, we saw a dancer get assaulted, and when she begged management to call the police, they refused and just told the attackers to leave. Minutes later, the same man assaulted my husband. Management checked on him but kept us inside until the other group was gone -- and still never involved the police. The whole place felt chaotic, unsafe, and completely unprotected. Shady behavior everywhere, no real oversight, and leadership that seemed more interested in hiding problems than dealing with them. This isn't just a bad business -- it's a dangerous environment. Stay away. FYI. Cover price is 50pp and 100pp VIP ONLY full nude if you pay the 100pp cover. The waiters are really nice and only a couple of the dancers are good. I do feel bad for them as their bouncers are not there to protect them they are just there for $$. Stay away and save your money.
