The ease of getting my new patient appointment scheduled as well as the paperwork etc ready to go for my appointment was very good. Once I arrived to my appointment, I was quickly taken back to the exam room. Not much of a wait at all. They listened to me, and I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment. The doctor was very kind as well, and put my mind at ease, most importantly, I did not feel like I was getting the run around or recommended anything that wasn't absolutely necessary related to my issue. Definitely recommend this office for any foot/ankle issues, they're very honest, helpful, and friendly.

On the technical side, he took a very bad situation where I thought my toe was going to amputated and he carefully cut on it and shaped it. It has turned out really well and I think will be a normal looking toe! His front office person Sabrina is excellent. She is a hard worker and is very helpful. In both of my visits to the office she was very respectful of me and my time. What a delightful person! Katie and Kristy both support Dr. Halloran. They are excellent communicators, got right to business and were completely thorough. They prepared me for what was to happen next so I was mentally prepared and they equipped me well with supplies going out the door. It's my food...I had to walk on it. Went for a second opinion at ADC, and had to have surgery again to correct first one. Doctor said that all the hardware Dr McSpadden had put in was all over the place, it had totally come undone inside my foot. Also, my toe never fused because there was a gap between the two bones. The second surgery took 3 hours and my new doctor was wonderful! But...I am in a boot again for 8 weeks! I will say that McSpadden's office staff was wonderful.

Ease of check in and the wait was 5 min.(I was late 5 min) The nurse brought me back asked some questions and told me the Doc Jeffery Cohen would be right in. Few minutes go by and he walks in happy and welcomed me for coming in. Ask me what was wrong and some history, Very personable and I felt at ease. H examined my foot and told me he could fox this up and go to work and have me out in a few minutes. He showed me 2 needles and asked if I would like to numb while "he went to work" I declined. I have a high pain tolerance. During the procedure we chatted and carried on a good conversation. After about 10 minutes he was done. Some blood but no harm no foul. Band-aid and I was up and about. I tanked him for some advice on a other issue., Came across as master of his field. Great service and I will see him again in about 6 months. Highly recommend for all your foot needs!

The office staff is friendly, on the ball and very accommodating. They have helped me with insurance questions and issues. Their follow through and follow up is incredible. Words cannot describe how fantastic Dr. LaMour is. He is patient, kind and also accommodating. He is extremely knowledgeable. He's one of the very few doctors we can talk directly via phone or send email and actually get a response. I had been walking around with near-constant debilitating pain and worried I was done running or playing with my kids before I even turned 30.
