A gentleman named Gary answered the phone, and told me there was one spot left that I could park at. I was only 2.3 miles away so I booked it on over. I got parked, went in and paid my fee. This guy was so jovial, well mannered, and accommodating, if there was more Gary's in the world, it would be so much better. Not just for the way he accommodated me, but some woman came in and asked to use the restroom. He told her "well the restroom are only for customers, but I guess I can give you a key, but if you pee on the floor, it will be the last time!" It was nice for him to be able to joke with a total stranger, and for her to be receptive to it and laugh at it. His customer service skills are spot on. The place is under construction, so their hours are only 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. around 5:00 I went back in there to ask if I could purchase a shower, and good ole Gary pulled through again! He walks around happy, whistling, and just a great attitude. It's not the best part of town, but the amenities are perfect, and for what it was, it was also absolutely perfect. I'll keep this place in mind next time I'm in that area, but if you ever end up in that area, stop in and at least say hi! Thank you guys for everything you did for me that night!!!!

Antifreeze window shield wiper fluid, an Arizona tea, a pack of gum, and a charm lollipop. I was on the phone and ran my card. I was charged $25. Flat no tax. I asked for my receipt the attendant printed it out it was not itemized. The attendant said he did not have an itemized receipt when he uses the hand gun. The wiper fluid is taxable in the state of Washington . I asked how much the wiper fluid was, attendant said $19.99. Nice markup. No itemized receipt no tax collected .

But I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and asked if they could check my tires because the light was on as I am no longer able to manipulate the air pressure pumps etc. due to an injury . Not only was I told they don't do it but they weren't even nice about it. I left feeling like I lost a best friend. I hope it was just the person minding the station having a bad day. YES, an actual cool air in a gas station bathroom! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. You don't expect service like this at a gas station, but they've set the bar. That was after I had been told the plates arrived and was there in person to pick up plates that didn't exist. Since then my calls and texts have been unanswered and I'm pretty sure I've been blocked. I've been polite, patient, and trusting that Wanda would follow through on our arrangement and been disappointed on all three accounts. I could not recommend any less. Go somewhere else and avoid an experience in frustration, where someone can take your money, ignore you, and their responsibilities. We were the first ones here and was advised a 2 hour wait time for labor, yet we were the the last ones to leave waiting an additional 2 hours. If I had know the extension of the wait in advance it would have been fine so I could have rented out a car for the day.
