Worst service ever…read more The cashier tried to barge in the bathroom. while I was using the bathroom and tried unlocking it l was able to keep her out with the dead bolt but she yelled say that there were others waiting and that I needed to get out now. When I got out to give her the key she yelled at me saying that she had customers leave and there weren't any customers in or around the store. I hadn't even been in the bathroom 5 minutes.

There are eight pumps, so usually there is one available. Parking for the store is on the long-side of the building so not in the way of pump traffic. We were able to order some good food along with a couple of bottles of Pepsi Zero. Second day was on Monday, 2/13/23. Wanted some Chicken Sandwiches, but they didn't have any, so got an order of 2 Breakfast Sandwiches and an 8-piece order of fried chicken. This time around, the chicken tasted a little old and not as freshly cooked. The portion sizes were smaller pieces, too. Third day was on Tuesday, 2/14/23, for Valentine's Day!! Took a break for lunch from selling flowers to grab some snacks (Nutter Butter and Oreos King Size) and get a couple of Chicken Sandwiches. The store didn't have any out, so had to ask to get 2 new ones made. The lady was kind enough to make them for me, but when I opened one up, the bread was stale and the chicken wasn't warmed up. I would like to share some concerns about my experiences in the optical department. On several…read moreoccasions, my interactions with Rochelle have felt unhelpful and, many times, passive-aggressive. I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.
