They showed us how to remove and clean the filter, plus gave us information on how often and why we need to have our tank emptied. My neighour saw us getting our septic done and they were flexible enough to do theirs as well while they were there. No problems. The truck arrived on time and they were done fairly quickly. It was great value for the service.

Great if you need pumping, but I don't believe AA is equipped for inspections. I would rate highly…read moreif they were up-front about it. My septic was quickly overfilling so I explained to and asked AA for an inspection. They pumped the tank (again) and said nothing seemed wrong. The problem persisted so I tried D&L Environmental. D&L scoped out the field lines, made a list of issues, and fixed the major ones (eg. blowing out root clogs) in a single visit. Since then my septic has worked much better.
