My septic was quickly overfilling so I explained to and asked AA for an inspection. They pumped the tank (again) and said nothing seemed wrong. The problem persisted so I tried D&L Environmental. D&L scoped out the field lines, made a list of issues, and fixed the major ones (eg. blowing out root clogs) in a single visit. Since then my septic has worked much better.

Never again will I waste money on this level of terrible non service. The dispatcher was zero help complaining to me about "overbooking". My problem is not solved but I should be concerned about the poor driver according to dispatch.
