Do not come here for speech therapy of any sort. I have been on their waiting list for my son for 2 years. It's a joke.

I've had to use this business as part of recovery from 2 different shoulder surgeries. I really…read moreappreciate the personal attention I received and the follow up and after care. I really felt like Jon, the owner and therapist cared about my recovery and getting me back to my performance goals. Though his business also houses a massage therapist (that I also recommend) and a personal trainer, he treats 1 patient at a time and uses a variety of tools and equipment to deliver high quality care. I find that he is also very responsive to scheduling requests and tries to be as accommodating as possible. I highly recommend seeking treatment at optimum performance for all types from youth athletes to injury or surgical recovery.

Our son has worked with Jon at Optimum Performance Physical Therapy on a couple different occasions…read moreto help him recover quickly and safely from triathlon and swimming injuries. Most recently, our son did something to his shoulder during this year's high school swim season...this took him out of the water for 5-6 weeks because he could not lift his arm in certain motions or swim his workouts without significant pain in his shoulder. He was evaluated by a couple different orthopedic doctors, both of whom thought our son tore his labrum in his shoulder...a condition that often results in surgery to fix the problem, with several months plus of rehab after the surgery. Getting this news right at the start of swim season was devastating, to say the least. We did a special MRI of the shoulder joint, and upon evaluating that, it was discovered that there was no tear of his labrum!! Great news, however, our son was still having tremendous pain with certain common movements of his arm, shoulder and even pushing down with his hand at times. We opted to get a steroid shot into that inflamed area of the shoulder joint space and to start extensive physical therapy in order to try to get our son back in the water, as he REALLY wanted his high school swim season and was super frustrated and defeated by this setback. Jon was our "go to" guy for these sessions of physical therapy. His hours worked best with our son's hectic schedule and we trusted him from working with him for past injuries. Plus, you just can't beat Jon's professionalism, compassion and genuine interest he takes in you as a client, but more so, just as a person. Jon was able to work 2-3 times a week on our son to try to get him back to functioning without pain and back to swimming. Jon simply went above and beyond by trying different things and exercises on him...he even loaned us a piece of strength training equipment to help get our son's shoulder stronger. I'm happy to report, with Jon's help, our son was able to get back in the water for the later portion his high school swim season. He ended up having to switch gears physically (and mentally) to sprinting events instead of his usual distance events, because of not being able to swim longer distances due to shoulder and arm fatigue. However, even with the event changes and mental changes that went on, our son ended up qualifying for State in all four of his events!! We didn't know if he would be able to get back in the water this year when all these shoulder issues started happening, let alone make it to State. Our son even ended up being part of a relay team for his school that broke a 22 year old school record!! So exciting!! BIG THANKS to Jon at Optimum Performance for supporting him and not giving up on him in the process...and of course, for helping us avoid shoulder surgery, too!! We appreciate everything that was done and highly recommend Jon's work and expertise.

Unfortunately, I started to feel a lot of tightness and clicking in my right hip. I kept trying to power through it, but after some time I was having difficulty completing my morning exercises. I really wanted to keep working out but was having such a hard time doing any ab exercises or even squats so I decided to give it a couple weeks of rest. Unfortunately, it ended up coming back once I tried getting back to it. I decided that it was probably time to have this professionally looked at. I had considered going through my primary physician but my friend suggested to give PT a try. I searched for "best physical therapy near me" and came across Pro+Kinetix Physical Therapy. After talking to Dr. Ben on the phone about my injury I realized that this clinic was exactly what I was looking for. I scheduled my evaluation and at the end of my evaluation my physical therapist helped modify the activities I was doing to allow me to complete 95% of my normal workout pain free. This was huge for me as I exercise for my mental health and couldn't fathom taking weeks off from working out again. 6 weeks later and I'm back to working out 100% pain free and I feel so much stronger! However, what's most important to me is that I am better educated about my body and my previous injury so I'm confident that I wouldn't be needing therapy in the near future!

I've been a runner for nearly my entire life, but I've spent the past decade battling injuries…read more I've been through physical therapy programs for rehab before, but I've never had a program set me up to build strength and prevent injuries quite like Pro+Kinetix. Each week I feel noticeable improvement in my strength and balance and I'm looking forward to months and years of pain free running ahead. If you're an athlete looking to build the strength and prevent injury I definitely recommend giving PT a shot!

Dr mitchel also lied on phone answering my questions again just recently last Thursday even when i asked specific questions about past images if xrays etc and said nothing there... well i looked myself he lied its been diagnosed for years and hes been lying and not treating me and they've told me im too young repeatedly be in pain still now for over 10 plus years as im seeking honest help with no help or pain relief from mercy just lies and shady billing since theyre doing labs and imaging and lying about results so you do more imaging. I have alll the proof its in my med records. They also refuse relief for the excruciating pain. Im in excruciating pain daily, im a huge fall risk at this point, i cant walk many days from pain and bones crumbling and osteo arthritis its caused all due to malpractice ignoring me, my pain etc. This Sounds like a great opportunity to consult an attorney instead of a dr, they might actually help me walk again and not be a fall hazard, maybe ill be able to do normal daily functions again if i join a different medical group that doesn't lie to their patients because lazy or to increase billing and do additional tests for more money. The place is a scam and will not help you and if anything tells u to go to ER for help which is not what the ER is for when i been seeking help for 15 plus yrs and records to prove it. Dr mitchel lying and not doing his job has also cost me several hundred thousand if not millions over 10 to 15 years in lost ability to work and a liability case dr mitchel tossed because of not doing proper care or testsand handling my case properly and claiming im fine refusing to bleieve me because hes a younh dr that said i cant hurt that much and now i cant walk thanks to mercy and dr mitchel and other drs who been involved Now because brandon mitchel has lied and not treated me properly for my condition and refused any pain medication like was previously prescribed in pain management before pain dr got caught for fraud like mercy is about too ican hardly walk most days and in excruciating pain and will have to have knee and hip surgeries probably to get staryed and who knows aboyt my back now that im with different drs that havent lied to me yet. brandon mitchell and every other dr in my med records whos been lying because im only 34 now or theyre frauding insurance needs to stop and they deserve to lose their license to practice medicine anywhere. Dr morgan is a hack job ent also and ill never smell again, breathe properly or taste food because of his hack job of a sinus surgery. Avoid mercy theres a reason all the good drs leave mercy mercy is garbage.
