In the local area (I'm in western Nassau County), Steven's Appliance Repair is the only one I know that achieves all of these. I've learned over the years that installation services provided by companies that sell appliances a) try to do the fastest job possible (not the best job as they get paid by how many they do not how well they do them) and b) cannot do anything besides just plug in the appliance (if anything extra is needed, they will not or are not allowed to do it). Therefore, I prefer to hire someone to handle my appliance needs. I called about 10 different places - most were unavailable or unwilling to come to where I live. Steven's called me on the phone quickly and met me the same day. They clearly explained what I would need to complete the installation (including instructions for electrical work needed), purchased the necessary parts and within 2 days the job was all done. Coincidentally, my oven igniter stopped working shortly after this experience and I called Steven's and a day later I had a working oven. I will definitely rely on this business for all of my future appliance needs.

RUN don't walk FAR away from Mars Repair and any aliases they do business under. The individual repair techs are incredibly skilled and adequately address the issue. It's sad that they are tied to such an awful company.
