I tried the very expensive good doctor insoles (that's for another review) for months. But coming here several times, yes it was also painful...but it helped. The masseuse are good. They listen to you and help you where you need it most. Today hubby had his lower back and shoulder problem. In 30 min he felt better. (They were fully booked today). I could hear a lady talking on the phone in the back and after knocking on the desk a couple times she finally peaked out. Apparently there was no one to do my massage even though I had made an appointment. She told me to phone in later to make another appointment. Very unprofessional. When I phoned to reschedule an appointment a few days later, I was told that they don't accept Groupons. I told her I had already purchased and paid for the service through Groupon. She provided me with a body exfoliation followed by a body bronze (spray tan). It was MAGIC! My skin felt and looked amazing. My body was smooth and had a wonderful healthy glow - it honestly looked very natural (not "the orange" that people typically associate with spray tans). With proper care, it lasted me for weeks and I received so many wonderful compliments on my tan. I'm happy to know of a healthier alternative to tanning salons. Most important was that it made me feel more confident in my skin and my condition was definitely less noticeable. To have Tessa and her team available was a huge relief and brought me great comfort. The entire team is friendly, outgoing, funny and a true pleasure to welcome into my home. I, along with others received a variety of services including massage, facials, manis and pedis. I just have one suggestion. This was an en suite massage. She uses coconut oil that needed to be warmed up. Without asking ,she used one of the mugs in our kitchenette as well as our utensils. It probably would have been better if she had brought her own. Some of the coconut oil was still there when she left. This wasn't a big deal, and shouldn't take away from the fact that she's a great massage therapist! I would use her again!
