Install went quickly and there were no issues of the material ending up where it did not belong. We give them five stars and recommend them highly. Without hesitation we would recommend Advantage Sealcoat. If you've seen a hospital parking lot, or a gorgeous new store most likely it was these guys. The do beautiful edges! A neighbor of ours who worked in construction came over after they were done and told us it's unusual to see people take the time to pack the edges the way they did. But it's very professional! It prevents cars and other traffic from eventually breaking down the edges and it looking terrible. So if you've saved your hard earned money like we did, and are finally ready to change from gravel to blacktop. Call these guys. They actually care!!!

I don't have enough time to fully detail my experience with Newport Landscaping, but I can…read moreconfidently say I would never give this company another penny. I hired them for roughly $100,000 worth of residential landscaping work (no hardscaping, just grass, mulch and planting), and the results were extremely disappointing -- both in workmanship and customer service. The experience deteriorated to the point where I had to threaten legal action and report them to the Oregon CCB for breach of contract before anyone took my concerns seriously. A few highlights from the experience: * The project manager showed up to my property multiple times smelling strongly of alcohol -- on the rare occasions he actually came to the job site. * The professionally designed landscaping plan we paid for and provided to Newport was not followed. Major deviations were made without approval, which created unnecessary issues throughout the project. * Their estimate severely underbid the amount of mulch required for the property -- by more than 40 yards. This caused delays, frustration, and obvious concerns about the competence of the planning process. * Coordination between Newport Landscaping and Thompson Pump & Irrigation was terrible. I essentially had to act as the general contractor myself just to get the irrigation pond functioning properly, and it took months to resolve. * Jana, who I believe is an administrative manager, initially came to the property, listened to concerns, and assured me they would make things right. Unfortunately, nothing meaningful happened until I began threatening legal action and filing complaints with the CCB. There's far more I could say, but the bottom line is this: this company appears far too large and disorganized for the level of professionalism they advertise. Even some of their own employees openly complained about the company and management while on-site, which frankly is embarrassing. Read the 1-star reviews carefully. You may get lucky and have a good experience, but you may also end up deeply regretting your decision like I did.

When we reached out to him, Victor said he could be ready to start the following week! He and his team rolled up their sleeves and got our job done in 72 hours, at the onset of the heatwave, no less. The job was efficient, quick, and so professional! I've never seen such a quick transformation. It looks amazing, and more importantly, he was able to accommodate us at a fair price. Writing a review for Redmond Fencing and Pole Structures is a true pleasure…read more Years ago I had dealt with Stacey on a professional level for many years. Because of that history it was a no brainer when I wanted to have a half acre fenced in with a big electric gate at the driveway. I got three quotes, Stacey was the middle guy. I didn't mind paying a little extra because he had such knowledge and put me in a completely new direction, one that was more affective. Stacey had suggestions others hadn't mentioned and as I stated, knowledge. We had many appointments before finalizing this project. Stacey was always on time. Never leaving me hanging on, wondering where he was. He always called and touched bases shortly before our appointment. He told me how far out he was booked and gave me a guesstimate of when he and his crew would start. He was right on time. He started when he said he would. The guys that worked for him could not of been more of a joy to have around. Always picking up after them selves, never leaving a mess at the end of any day. All of the fencing was wrapped up in the timeframe he said it would be. A project I had dreaded but one Stacey and his crew made fun. I will always highly recommend Stacey/Bend Fencing and Pole Structures. Stacey is a gem and his company a true asset to our community. Honest. Prompt. Professional and to the point. I cannot speak more fondly of him. I truly hope the fencing is not the last project I get to work on with him and his company. Touché Gentlemen. An exceptional job you did. Thank you.

He mentioned to me that it sounded like a small job and they don't do small jobs but since I lived in the same neighborhood that they would do it anyway. Again I told them that when they arrived I would show them what all needed to be done because it wasn't THAT small of a job. When I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks, I called Bend Fencing who promptly came over, gave me an estimate and I hired them right on the spot. Yesterday Redmond Fence finally called me back. They told me that they had been by the place and that the job was too small. I found that statement interesting due to the fact that I am the only one that lives here, my neighbors don't know what I wanted done here and Redmond Fence never had me come out and show them what all needed to be done. This leads me to believe that they were never here at all. I'm glad that Bend Fence likes to make money because apparently Redmond Fence has so much money they can pick their jobs they want to do. Update: In response to the owner's rebuttal. How could they have looked at what needed to be done if I never showed them to begin with? I only explained briefly over the phone what needed to be done. I then told them over the phone that they needed to let me know when they showed up. I stated to them that the reason for this is that there were several things that needed to be done and it was easier to show them rather than explain it. In the end the project was sizable including three gates and over 100 feet of fence.
