I was extremely pleased with the entire process, from asking for a bid to completion of the work. It was all done timely, efficiently and looks great. Marika, the office manager, was easy to work with in getting the work scheduled and the follow up after job completion. The work crews were pleasant, friendly and thorough. 8/4/ 2018 Your asphalt sealing crew just left after doing a WONDERFUL job for us. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 man crew was here exactly when we were told they would be. They knew exactly what they were doing, and went right to work on our driveway. They never slowed down until they finished the job, put up a red ribbon, loaded up their equipment, and were on their way down the road. We cannot praise them high enough.They deserve much more. The other asphalt sealing contractors in this area should take a lesson from this Central Oregon Asphalt Sealing contractor. We scheduled it a long time in advance in a narrow time window (our constraints, not theirs), and they came exactly when we'd agreed and did an absolutely fantastic job. We had our driveway crack sealed, an infrared patch, and seal coat in Spring of 2015. It was a disaster! They came out several times...had quality control meetings with their staff. Finally the owner Ron called me and told me I had his word that the job had been completed and asked for payment. I was out of town for the season (Oct 2015) and they told me to call in the spring if I had any issues. The seal coat is peeling! Tried to contact Danyelle on several occasions to no avail. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB. Run from this company!!!! read more

Interesting that I was never contacted to schedule a meeting for an estimate. I only use a mobile phone which is with me 24 hours a day. No calls, no messages. Stating that you called twice and I never responded is your (company) attempting to save face and is misrepresentative of what occurred. Also, when I spoke with you, at the Powell Butte Country Store, you said you were in Powell Butte area quite often, so I do not understand your statement of how far it is from your location. Let's face it - you, or your office, or your person who dies estimates messed up and failed to contact me. The ownness is on you, and not me. So, please go back to your office or person who performs estimates to determine where the fault lies, as it is not with me. read more

Central Oregon Asphalt Sealing did an excellent job repairing our parking lot! They got the job done much faster than expected at a very reasonable rate. Do your research on this company! I didn't realize it changed ownership a few years back. Quality and service has gone down the drain.

I have dealt with numerous asphalt companies in the past couple years in Bend, Or. For the most part all the other local sealing outfits did a fair and decent job on my rather long driveway. I have never been treated so poorly by a contractor. The work was not good. The thinnest layer of sealer possible. It didn't last more than one month and the 90 percent of the top has came off. I have contacted ccb after being ignored several times by the owner. These guys in my opinion are the worst asphalt contractors in central Oregon. read more

I hired this company last summer to seal my one year old asphalt driveway. It was a disaster. After the workers left I found that they had sprayed asphalt sealant all over one side of my house, on my heat pump, on the heat pump enclosure, on the risers and pad the heat pump sits on, on my garage door and on my paver walkway. It was not a few drops, it was hosed down! The workers just drove away and didn't say anything to me about the condition they left my house in, causing me to try to reach someone in the office over a holiday weekend to no avail. Additionally, they did not finish sealing the cracks they had included in the bid and never returned to finish the work prior to winter. I had to have one whole side of my house repainted, a garage door repainted, Pavers replaced and the heat pump cleaned and lifted to replace the pad and risers that were coated with asphalt sealant. To add insult to injury, they sent the same workers who had caused the damage to clean up some of the damaged surfaces. In doing so, they used a solvent that they left sitting in pools on the freshly sprayed asphalt sealant, causing it to be eaten away, and leaving my driveway blotchy. The damages caused by the workers totaled over $900 which the company has not paid me for. And they have the audacity to send me an invoice for work that has not been completed, and they jacked the original bid up by a large dollar amount. I would never recommend this company to anyone else. I am going to have to file a complaint with the CCB because Central Oregon Asphalt does not back up their word or their work. read more
