I told him I needed it done within the next 30 days as we were putting our house on the market. He then took more time to refer me to several other contractors in the area that he felt did good work. Although I was not able to have TriCounty do the work, I appreciate the time and professionalism in helping me and educating me and referring me to someone who could help. Superior Concrete Restorations had previously ground open concrete cracks on my 50' x 20' shop…read moreapron and filled it with DAP concrete filler in 2023. Subsequently in 2025 the cracks had opened up slightly to allow water to seep through the slab and saturate the substrate under it. I called Kelly at Superior and requested these cracks be refilled and all my concrete aprons be resealed. In addition, I requested that half of the leading bullnose edge of my garage slab, which had undergone spalling which had occurred since 2004 when the home was built, be repaired in preparation for installing a polyurethane or polyaspartic coating. Her son's showed up on August 27, 2025, and finished on August 29, 2025. All slabs were sealed with the exception of one. The members of the Superior crew worked quickly and efficiently to finish the crack repair, spalling repair, and sealing. They were thorough in their endeavors and insured all concrete was power washed prior to applying sealant. The spalling repair looked like it did originally prior to the spalling damage. It has subsequently been coated with polyaspartic coating and looks positively beautiful. I can highly recommend the work of Superior. Thanks to Kelly and her son's crew for completing the repairs efficiently and painlessly.
