The long term repairs and other odds/ends will cost you so much, you'll likely struggle. This dealership is not looking out for your success. They buy auction vehicles near Cleveland, invest nothing into them and try and sell for 70% over. I understand business if you clean the car up and fix what's needed, but not a quick flip. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! -Looking out for the next person.

This was not a one-off mistake. It was a pattern. They have taken zero responsibility for the failures. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. When issues escalated, they simply stopped engaging. Even more concerning, there were repeated attempts to overcharge the insurance company, which raises serious questions about how they conduct business. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no ownership at any point in the process. Just poor work, poor communication, and complete disregard for the customer once problems became apparent. This place is a disaster. I have no confidence in their diagnostics, their repairs, or their integrity. I would not return under any circumstances, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
