Felt like a bait and switch and seemed unfair to the therapist with whom I had scheduled. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance at a minimum. As you well may know, most people have a favorite therapist and it is nice to know what to expect. Also, the therapist has a prior knowledge of your problem areas to more efficiently address them. Not their fault, but it was also a particularly busy night at Thai Island next door as I could hear their phone ringing/being answered throughout my massage (perhaps raise the music volume a bit?) The final straw was when I went to get a Mani Pedi two weeks ago for a vacation I was going on. I got French gel on my toes and dip on my nails. Two days into my vacation my nails were discolored and breaking off :( not to mention it cost me $200 for that mani pedi ($160 + tip) and I was there for three hours
