He even told our tenants there was "mold," but when we paid for an actual mold test, it turned out to be a false claim--apparently "mold in a bathroom fan," which isn't even possible since it's an inorganic surface. The report itself didn't mention any mold, showing a complete lack of professionalism and knowledge. On top of being overpriced, he then charged us again just to issue the proper rental inspection certificate that should have been included from the start. Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly money-hungry. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else. We wanted to support a local small business, but it completely backfired.
