The girl at the counter was very friendly and got the line down really fast. I felt that this facility was clean and well kept. I tanned in a level 1 bed. The room was clean. I appreciate the locations that do provide spray deodorant, which is a plus. I tanned the full 15 minutes. All the fans worked and really put out some air. There was also a radio connected to the bed if you wished to listen to music. There were lots of rooms so it can handle a large number of people at this location. All in all, I was pleased to check out this location and plan to be back. I have tanned at South Beach Tanning for close to 10 years and it's been great.

If you ever looked behind the beds they were full of trash - literally; paper towel wads, lotion packets, towels. I cannot tell you how many times I was put in a room that when you'd turn on the bed youd see tons of smeared lotion all over like it hadn't been wiped down all day. And (with a couple exceptions) the chicks at the counter cannot handle any task outside the scope of pressing the button to start your beds timer. Everything has to go thru their manager who is never available and doesn't return messages. I met her one time and sweet jesus is she a moron. I don't know what was worse, the press on nails and layers of makeup or watching her eat up the attention of some creepy old loitering man that spent ten minutes blocking the counter and never raised his eyes above her neckline. It was like an episode of married with Children was airing right in front of me. Nauseating. This establishment is nothing short of tragic, and I can't wait to check it out under more competent ownership.

The only reason that I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I called five separate times in the last week to get some information from them and I was never able to get through to a human or leave a message. This was a bit frustrating since I really wasn't interested in driving somewhere just to get their hours or pricing. I did however learn that they are closed on Sundays and have three different pricing tiers. They have 3 types of tanning beds, one more expensive than the next. You can buy 1 tan, 5 tans, 10 tans, or a month of unlimited tans with a price point based on the type of bed you choose. I think they are fair in price for the area but a little more expensive than others in more populated regions. The owner did assure me that she frequently changes the bulbs and keeps everything incredibly clean. I plan to try it out again.
