The first time was due to my parked car being vandalized. The last two occasions were a result of my catalytic converter being stolen. After the 1st cat theft, however, I brought my car to a different nearby insurance company repair shop, which ended up not a good experience. During the over 7 months it took to get the cat, I had to repeatedly follow up observing that shop wasn't actively checking on the part's availability with their supplier. So on the 2nd cat theft, I instead brought it to Gotham. As with my first Gotham experience, they were on top of things, quickly repairing the vehicle. Less than three months later when victim of a 3rd cat theft, Gotham rapidly inspected the car and did their best to keep the repair bill down. Nevertheless, the estimate ended up triggering the insurance company totaling my car. Sensitive to my frustrating situation, the team at Gotham was professional, courteous, attentive and accommodating - like every experience with them. Gotham thankfully made a difficult situation easier to get through. Should my next car require similar big repair work, I'd consider using them again.

Paid the owner to install a front splitter for me and gave him all the hardware including nuts + bolts and spacers. Owner proceeds to install my FULL front splitter with self tapping screws which obviously wont hold as much pressure as the nuts and bolts. After the install the owner clearly sees and I also point out to him that the splitter is literally slanted he proceeds to tell me "I cant do this shit today" and tells me to come back another day. On my way home driving on the highway getting up to speed the splitter RIPS off my car and is destroyed. Ive tried getting into contact with the owner but hes been ghosting all my calls and doesn't want to take responsibility for the damage he has caused which was paint damage from the self tapping screws hitting my front bumper and the screws going into my brand new tires and causing me to get a flat due to his wrong installation.
