His coordination of permits, sheet metal contractors, waste disposal etc was seamless and exemplary. His team turned up on exactly the day agreed and the work was done in almost exactly the time frame predicted. His guys were fastidious in cleaning up each night and the final result looks excellent. Above all James is so friendly and gave us a daily rundown on the progress and activity. When we ran into a technical challenge with some of the metal work he promptly made us aware of it and discussed different means to remediate the problem (none of which could have been predicted in advance). Pedro and his team redid my mom's roof this year as well as installing new gutters. I got a few…read moreestimates and his was somewhere in the middle (not the cheapest an also not the most expensive). Pedro explained the process and and also explained the costs and things that might have to be replaced. I also wanted to have some holes cut for skylights and vents and while their company does not do any interior type work, they put the outside parts of the skylights and the new vents in for me exactly where I asked (Pedro even helped me figure out a spot for the kitchen vent when we discovered the location I wanted was too close to a pipe). The time estimate Pedro gave was roughly 10 business days but he and his guys managed to finish a day early, which was great because being in a house while the roof is being put on is awful. I was very impressed by how well the whole operation was coordinated, with the guys work and material arrival and trash removal and running like a well oiled machine. There was also at least one occasion where Pedro did some inspections and made his guys redo something. I don't know exactly what it was but I saw him pointing and talking to his guy and then the guy went and undid a section by the edge of the roof and put new material down. Knowing that Pedro was inspecting for mistakes and making sure his guys did things exactly the way he wanted them done was comforting to know that he was paying attention the quality of the work. Overall the roof looks very nice and I'm very happy with the work, and I would definitely recommend Pedro and his team!

The location is hard to get to, the roof has steep pitches and everything needs to be carried in and out as there is no parking. Cris, Daniel and their fantastically cheerful crew ( you can hear laughing and singing throughout the day ) made every day pleasant.
