The fact that Mark Kelly is discounting the problem and then avoids communicating over the phone to solve the issue speaks to his lack of integrity and customer service. A 1 inch crack in my home's foundation was missed by Mr. Kelly. The crack runs down the cripple wall and through the footing. You could see daylight through it from the crawlspace. He should at least try to rectify the situation by running it through his insurance if he has any. At the very least talk to me over the phone.
