They don't try to push me into doing more than the necessary stuff and I don't feel taken advantage of as a woman who knows nothing about car problems. Today I woke up to a dead car, towed it to Tom's and they fixed it the same day! I will continue to be a Tom's customer and as a woman I can't recommend them enough.

About 10 minutes later her arrived at the hotel I was staying at. 10 minutes later he finished the job It's not a crazy hard job, I needed to change my serpentine belt for a 2017 Cadillac CTS-V. It was a quick 15mm socket removal and patience and routing the belt - estimated time of job is 1 hour, he did it in 10 minutes Only negative thing is, he charges a two hour minimum ($85/ hour) Based on convenience and speed and quality, it was well worth the money, considering shops close early on Saturdays and good luck on Sundays (all closed). They offer good service and always point out issues they see with the vehicles which is good if you didn't know about something. However last week, I came in and was quoted my normal signature service. Now this price has steadily gone up for the past few years and I get it. But today I came in and was quoted $182. Pricey but not unexpected from my last visit 5,000 miles ago. Then after they get started, the manager comes out and says they mid quoted me $279. Apparently the prices went up and they are charging more for Diesel trucks. It makes no sense to me that because I drive a diesel, the synthetic oil should be $90 higher. When I complained about it the manager came out and knocked off $30. He also gave me a 50% discount on my next visit. I guess I should be happy about the discount next time, but the dealership is probably going to see me more often with these rates continuing to go up. Cheers
