I'm always able to call and come in the same day for things like a tube replacement, which has been incredibly helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and you can truly tell they are passionate about what they do. As long time residents of Salinas, my husband was familiar with the center through reputation and really wanted to go here and give them our business. However, apparently they're not interested in our business. My husband emailed them twice with no response and I have called and left detailed messages with no response after weeks of waiting. I guess they're not taking new patients or they're just not interested in getting new patients or what? If you want the business, you have to respond to the request for care.

No scheduling problem here as they have a team of Audiologists in the office. I was able to get same day service. I walked in at 4:30 and met Ling Zhong. She took a look in my ear and confirmed it was ear wax and nothing worst causing my discomfort. After a few rounds with the Earigator my ear was cleared and I walked out a happy camper at 5:15. Over four decades I've seen a number of ENTs, audiologists and hearing aid providers. Ganesh tops them all. I've experienced the tremendous progress in aid technology. Forty years ago, audiologists, with nary a computer in the room, would tweak the old analog aids with a tiny screwdriver. Aids today can be fitted far more precisely, but that also requires a knowledgeable, skilled provider who understands how to customize that power and is willing to take the time to get the best fit. In all this, Ganesh is amazing. When I got my first set of aids from him, I heard sounds I hadn't in years. So, yes, five stars!
