The only…read morereason I give Empire Hyundai 2 stars instead of 1 is because I had a good and informative test drive. The rest of my experience here was pretty awful. They claim they can work with you if your credit isn't great, but that is not accurate. What they will do is ask to run your credit report, and come back with outrageous offers and "requirements" for you to purchase a car when the rating is less than stellar. I know their offers were complete BS, because when I bought my current car, I was offered a much more reasonable deal under very similar credit circumstances. In fact, I had far more money down this time around, and they still couldn't make anything happen within reason. The truth is, this dealership only wants to work with you if you have great credit. If you don't, they think you will be naive enough to fall for an absolutely ridiculous monthly payment or an insane amount of $$ down to make things happen. They will also use the bank lenders as a scapegoat for these bum offers, claiming its not them but the bank lenders that are going to require this, that and the other. The ol "its not us, its them" trick. Steer clear of this place folks, you can do much better.

However, over the past two years I have spent close to two thousand dollars in repairs. The last three repairs.... $300+ April , 2025., $600+ November/ 2024 & $700+ August/2024. There are more repairs but, those are a few examples. I have been told by the mechanics themselves they run diagnostic to see what the problem is. And yes I'm their defense my car is a 2001 Honda Accord, I am disabled and cannot afford another car at this time. However, if they believed the car has reached its end, why keep almost literally stealing my money. The truth could've saved me thousands. So, six days after my car breaks again l, called to report the problem . The rude phone attendant told me "yeah just have it towed there & it's gonna be about a week!" I stated, "my car was just there six days ago, you had it for a week already, you had it for a week a few months ago as well and I'm not paying for yet another tow!" He told me he could have the car towed on Monday, claimed to write down my address and phone number, that was a week ago today and still no call, no apology, no professionalism, no customer support. Nevertheless, was assured that the vehicle was "safe and perfectly fine" to drive those miles in. Conveniently, the establishment never mentioned the fact that the subframe was rotted to the point where the vehicle was a deathtrap. The vehicle was extremely unsafe. This is an extremely shady and untrustworthy business practice and I will definitely no longer be affiliating myself with them or any of their services. Oh and as my refund was being processed and credited they attempted to sell me another vehicle, AFTER the first one was damaged and broken already. Completely disconnected and disappointed in fawzis for this situation. That car should have never been sold to me, and the fact it was sold to me under the guise of "trustworty" and "safe and reliable" is extremely despicable as a business practice. That vehicle was a deathtrap and should've never been sold. It needs to be scrapped / parted out immediately.

They also told me the the subaru shop in tiverton looked over the car what I found out was a lie because I know the the owner and asked about if they looked at comes to find out that someone they knew the worked in there shop but had no relation to the Subaru shop what so ever would work on some of there subarus. If that wasnt bad enough I asked that guy if he even seen that car before he told me no and it had a cobb intake on it and he said if he did he would have took them to take if off before selling to ANYONE. So long story short the guy at tech auto are pieces of shit and fucking and will tell you anything to sell you a lemon. Also sence this happen to me I've heard of 3 people with similar stories that where all told "the subaru shop look over all there subaru" and If you donr believe me ask around its easy to find some that fuked like I did.
