    Booked a taxi to take me to the station, which is a 5-10 minute journey, 20 minutes in very bad…read moretraffic. I booked the taxi 4 hours in advance for a set time. The taxi didn't arrive even after I was calling multiple times asking where it is. They kept telling me "it's on the way", but the taxi finally arrived 35 minutes late. The driver told me he wasn't even dispatched until 30 minutes after my booked time, so they were just lying to me. I ended up missing my train which cost me 80 quid. Later when I complained, they didn't even apologise or offer a refund on the taxi journey. Disgraceful customer service. The driver told me even if you book a taxi hours in advance for a set time, they don't ensure they will have a taxi available at that time. It's just pot luck whether they have one that's free. What a stupid policy for a taxi business, don't depend on this kingkabs for anything.

    Had a mixture of service, sometimes good, but generally poor. Some drivers are great, and polite,…read morebut then others are making mistakes themselves, but blaming others, and even had one guy who must have swore at least 10 times in one journey which isn't professional nor pleasant (all the while he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, which is against the law). The worst bit was when I had to wait an hour for a taxi. The firm got a postcode and then repeated back the streetname which was correct, all was well. The driver got lost so we called back up, they asked for the postcode and they got one letter wrong, easy, forgive able mistake. But instead of an apology all I got back was a barrage of accusations saying I gave the completely the wrong postcode and of course they couldn't find us (the streetname they had was correct though.) So in general good value, most of the drivers are nice guys, call centre staff rude, accusing and arrogant.
