This place is convenient and makes a good connection spot to various parts of greater London (and beyond) when arriving at Heathrow. Conversely, of course, it also makes a good point of entree into Heathrow for those arriving by bus. The only downside is that, every time I have used it, it has been rather crowded. But that is predictable. The ticket machines allow for quick and painless purchases but there is also a manned booth for those who prefer the "human touch". There is a digital board to inform you when your bus has arrived, when it leaves and at what bay it departs making this facility rather user-friendly and easy to navigate. If you are there for a few minutes, there is a Caffe Nero to help you pass the time. There is also a reasonable amount of seating so you can get as comfortable as possible while waiting. Overall, it's a pretty decent setup for those taking bus connections in their onward (or inbound) journeys. read more
