A few months later when it was planting time, I noticed as the compost dried out pieces of plastic and trash were showing up more and more. When I spent half the time picking pieces of plastic bags and other plastic containers along with drywall chunks and cement and labels etc... I became concerned that their was more to this pile of compost than meets the eye. After talking to the person at the Mehama location I was told that there were other complaints about the compost so they stopped getting it from the Aumsville Plant. For $40.00 per yard of compost, I expect it to be clean and free of trash! I don't think I will do business with these people ever again! They won't even answer the phone now!
