I…read morecould not be home so my mom was home and they told her it needed a motor... something didnt sound right it less than 3 years old they wanted 1/2 upfront (260.00) now they said if i go with the work they waive the 79.00 charge ... which they just throw in the price... so i am looking at a 600.00 work plus part. AND AND to boot they only were giving me 30 day warranty on probably a refurbished motor ......( anyone who gives you 30 day warranty is not confident in their own work ) .... nope ! so i call Ricci Washer and Dryer service ,Mark ( owner and operator) came out and was amazing said it was a thermal fuse NOT a motor. SO i ended up paying 250. i know i over paid a bit but I would rather give it to a guy for his business than these crooks. but wait it gets better so I stopped payment on the check and i called A+ to pay the stupid 79.00 trip charge. they send me the link via text i pay it and i get a confirmation number that i paid it ..... everyday since the PAYMENT (Aug 4th ) they have sent me text messages with an "outstanding invoice". I called yesterday to tell them listen stop sending me this crap. spoke to maria and she said she sees the payment and there must be a glitch in the system i said that not my problem she tells me to "chill... chill" that flew me to the moon. i flip out on her and she tells me to block them so i dont get text anymore. wait what ?! We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.
