all the negative reviews are right. Poor costumer service, rude employees, and broken appliances. Not worth it.

When I called to make the appointment I was clearly told what the service call fee would be and that any additional repairs or services would cost extra. My repair ended up costing about what I thought it would and included the service fee so the service fee was incorporated into the price, not a separate charge above and beyond. I got a reminder email which was really helpful and I was able to request that their technician wear a mask in my home. There were no complaints or problems with it at all. In fact, Parker, the technician was on time, personable, knowledgeable, and really willing to explain what was going on with the oven, in detail. He also gave me a call before coming over just to make sure that I was home and it was a good time. If you need any kind of appliance repair, I highly recommend calling Sarah's. I feel that they are fair, knowledgeable, and very professional. You will know exactly what you're in for before you are charged anything. I will definitely be using them again should I have any additional appliance issues.

He gave several reasonable solutions to the problem refrigerator and I was glad I consulted Sarah's. You can't go wrong. I've been depending on them ever since the company was just Sarah, her phone and a Volkswagen!

C'mon, that's a dope, straight up business title, right? I should've started a Poor Student Beer…read moreFund in college. A nonprofit, maybe. Trading existential meanderings for barley pops. The last time I needed to fix my clothes dryer, I found this dude on Craigslist who came over on a Sunday (appliances always break when you need 'em the most) and got-r-done at half the cost of the company he worked for. Yep, the guy drove his branded company van to my house and explained that he could make twice as much money off duty as he would workin' for the Man. It was a fine repair, and when the dryer busted this past Sunday, I hounded Craigslist again, this time coming across an ad that offered a $50 service fee plus the parts cost. I sent a text to the contact number, and Evan called me. I told him the problem (no heat), he asked me to send a picture of the model number of the dryer, and we set an appointment for 3:30 the next afternoon. Evan contacted me early the next day, he said his University class got out early, he could arrive whenever. 30 minutes later this kid steps out of his truck, he's like six foot five, I ask him what he's studying at school: medicine and philosophy. "So this helps with tuition?" I asked. Yep. He went right to it, and 20 minutes later the dryer was, ah, drying, again. He showed me the parts he replaced (igniter switch and a couple something-or-others), told me something about a glider -- I think -- that was okay for the time being but would need to be fixed down the line, showing me pictures. Total cost was $84. He handed me two business cards and I said, "575 area code. Are you from Las Cruces?" Yep again. He'd mentored with a guy before college and the trade was paying off, literally. You're all set, Evan. You're a sophomore. When you realize that med school isn't worth the price tag, and nobody will ever pay you to trade existential meanderings for beer, you'll still have your appliance repair company. Sweet.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Do your self a favor and call somebody else. Unreliable,…read more untrustworthy, and incompetent. It's been a three month saga of lies and straight up bull ish. You we paid $75 for Daulton to unplug my machine and do nothing else. He said we'd need another motherboard which took over a month to come in and replace, but I had to call several times to get him to come back. That "new" motherboard turned out to be the original one that was replaced by another company today. Franks did nothing. Long story short my machine is fixed and working fantastic thanks to In Home Appliances Repair & Service. It only took a couple of hours not several months. Daulton, or whatever your name is, you should consider a new career path. The Better Business Bureau will be getting my next complaint about this business.

At that time, there were tenants living in it but when I, the owner recently moved back into the house, I discovered that the refrigerator had been moved into the garage and then back into the kitchen by the tenants. Considering that this company had "worked on" the refrigerator before, I called for help when I realized there was not a connection from the refrigerator to the water line for the ice maker. An employee agreed to "look at it" and when he did, I was told that I would be mailed "a connection" since he didn't have one at the time. This part would be needed in order for the refrigerator to be reconnected to the water line. Well.... I NEVER received the part but was told by the young man that he had "mailed it" and would "check on it". He then sent an image via text of the part that I would need but I never heard from him again. No follow up, confirmation or consideration. Perhaps he was too busy? I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

The gas wall oven had problems with ignition that caused a booming sound when it lit up. The dealer tried twice to fix the issue and failed. Ortega's technician checked with the manufacture and solved the problem by making some adjustments. The dryer had stopped drying items- the drum turned but no heat. The tech - Ramone checked and a wire had burned off a connection. He made a new connection with a higher temp rated connection and the dryer works fine now. My wife and I were very pleased with the prompt and comprehensive repairs by Ramone. - I will note I am a retired general contractor and I know that appliances are not the quality units we used years ago. I had priced replacement appliances before I called Ortega's knowing it sometimes is more efficient to replace than to repair. - The wall oven and dryer were repaired at a fair price and continue to operate just fine. We will certainly use Ortega's for any future problems. I recommend them.

So instead of going to get it and finish the job so I can have my dryer back and not keep using a laundry mat, He says another appointment is needed a week from yesterday. At this point, people due yourselves a favor and look for someone else to repair your appliances. Yes my dryer is under warrantee so no cost to me, but this company is not organized at all and taking a month to fix a dryer is a little ridiculous. All I have to say is come weds my dryer better be 100% fixed.
