Long line of cars, both lanes, very busy. An employee from the store decided at that moment it was time to dump soapy water in the drive through right in front of us and keep everyone in line waiting while he scrubbed the concrete. I said something to the young man in the window(when I finally got there) to the effect "maybe lunch rush isn't the best time to scrub the drive-thru concrete. Shouldn't that be done before or after?" To which he responded, "Well lunch rush doesn't start until noon." I looked behind me at the line of cars and proceeded without bothering to argue the point. They did not give us napkins, they did not give us straws. They forgot to include the ranch dipping sauce we ordered, even though we asked for it and it was on the receipt. They also made one of our orders of fries a medium instead of a large as requested. Any one of these things occurring by itself would not have been a big deal here or anywhere else. Taken together it shows an obvious lack of concern for customer service. Way to go guys. You get worst drive-thru experience of the year award.

The burgers were good. Buns were fresh, and the veggies were fresh, crunchy, and plentiful (big bonus for this). The patties were kind of thin, smash burger-ish, which was fine, but even on the double, there could've been more, but they seemed to have come right off the grill. I had cheese curds (different) which were good, and the onion rings were OK, but nothing notable. As far as experience goes though, the place was impeccably clean, and I had a nice conversation with the guy at the counter who had some recommendations for my first visit, which I asked for (he's the one who recommended the cheese curds). It was probably the most comfortable, tidy, and squared away fast food joint I'd ever been in. Anyway, these guys are worth a try. Perhaps it will hit the bullseye for you. I think they are different than all the other chicken restaurants because they have rotisserie chicken, fried tenders, and for their sandwiches they use fried chicken thighs instead of breast. I love their selection of sides including cheese bread, white beans, collards, potato wedges, and tomato and cucumber salad. They also have a full bar and drinks specials all the time. They have a small kids menu and a good selection of salads and apps too. Highly recommend trying them out!
