She's great at working with your schedule. I have been training with her for 4 weeks now. I have lost 5 lbs and 5 inches. She is so encouraging and she makes it fun. When I started with her, I could do 2 mph and incline level 1 on the treadmill. Today my cool down after our session was incline level 3 and 3 mph. She has made me want to go to the gym. She has given me confidence that I can do the workouts. I should add that I have a herniated disc in my neck and 2 fractured vertebrae in my spine. I feel great and look forward to our sessions.

I…read morestarted visiting him due to a back injury unfortunately but have not continued to go because I enjoy it so much. He has such a different technique than I am used to-meaning that he used a much more gentle approach as opposed to digging into knots deeply and aggressively. He is absolutely still reaching the same results by doing so but it isn't painful at any time. During the thick of my back injury he incorporated a lot of stretching into the massage which was super helpful also especially to my extremely tight hip flexors. He takes many minutes before you appointment to talk through what is going on, what you are looking for, and his ideal apprach to see if it sounds good to you. Once you are on the same page and he begins he definitely still checks in and makes sure throughout you are enjoyed the massage and he says "this is your time." I can't recommend him enough - and have never felt more comfortable telling a massage therapist to change things if I don't like them (Not very assertive over here). Great guy, great massage, great technique. It is definitely worth giving a shot!

For me, this was especially important since I'm a roofer and I don't have much of an opportunity to just relax during my busy season. I've seen other massage therapists and even physical therapists and none of them can hold a candle to the therapist at Creating Wellness. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive at first since he's also a Reiki Master and I'm not much into hippie medicine, but pleasantly there was none of that. He asked me a few questions and knew what I needed. He was able to eliminate the pain and get me back to work so I can support my family. My daughter looks forward to every class. They do a wonderful job working with different personality types to make sure every kid is valued and encouraged. Aside from just teaching karate they also talk to the kids about respect, how to keep clean of germs and listening skills. This place does it all!
