However, they are on Class Pass so I am able to book my classes for here right through the app. The class that I go to on Saturday mornings is the strength circuit course with Robert. It is hands down my favorite class in Milwaukee. It is so tiny and intimate so you feel very comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and getting minor corrections to better improve your form/strength. Every Saturday I go, the class is different in some senses. There is always a TRX, floor and mat part to the class but the movements are not the same. The class is only 45 minutes so it goes by quite quickly. Robert is a terrific instructor and can provide help to men/women of all ages. If you are part of Class Pass or belong to this studio already, that class is a must!!

He does some soft tissue work combined with particular exercises to help my issues. He has helped me immensely - without the traditional "cracking" of my back. In the past year, Saida Reifenrath, the sole practioner at Healing Needle, has seen me three times. Each of the three times, I have walked out of her office amazed at how much better I feel. Off and on, I struggle with sleeping through the night and with a bit of a "restless" leg. Each time, Saida's applications have relieved me of my symptoms; I sleep VERY well and my "resteless" leg no longer bothers me. She's got a warm, quiet, grounded demeanor... a practitioner you can really open up and trust. I just completed the 10 Session series with Lynn and while my posture is not perfect, she's worked miracles on it. My sessions were never painful and I always walk out of her purple victorian feeling rejuvenated. REVISED REVIEW August 2018 At my July appointment after prepaid for my service I was informed Dr Joe is no longer there. I was never notified prior to my appointment or given the opportunity to cancel my appointment. Instead I was given to their new chiropractor. WORST mistake I could have done, should have just walked away and lost $50 for the service. Within 24hrs I was experiencing low back pain and by a week I was wearing a back brace at a week and a half I was crawling on my hands and knees because the pain was so bad. Went to urgent care and got muscle relaxers and steroids and even that didn't help. My boss recommended I try her chiropractor and now hundreds of dollars latter, I am still trying to get back to the maintenance schedule and nearly pain free life I had for nearly two years! I would not recommend this place to anyone, terrible business practice to not inform clients their doctor is no longer there prior to their service!
