After we completed our Reiki session she did an excellent job of debriefing what we did and what to expect next. This is all great, but I'll let the results speak for themselves. I came in with the goal of deep relaxation and I felt renewed and relaxed after our session. I would definitely recommend Alaina and Hayloo Holistic Healing for anyone who is curious!

When you first enter, the decor and soothing sounds set the mood for relaxation. Everyone I encountered was really nice. After filling out some paperwork, I was ready for my first 30 minute session with Dana. For the short appointment, she found all the trigger points that needed work. I had never had that type of massage before - totally worth it. Dana has skills!!! I felt so good afterwards that I returned a few weeks later for an hour long session. Pricing is comparable to other massage studios. Right now, my budget dictates spacing out my massages. As things improve for me, I will definitely up the frequency of my appointments. If you are looking to release the knots built up from the daily stress of life, definitely ask for Dana!

I spoke to Michael about the treatments I'd been receiving on my shoulder, and when I mentioned Elements Massage, he asked if the therapist was Thom. In the hour, Michael found at least 4 huge knots in my pectorals and shoulder area and got rid of them. He will be on my short list for future massage therapists. His rate is usually $80 per hour, but he is currently running a summer and fall special with $45 hour sessions. He typically only works 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, but is willing to schedule an evening appointment if needed. I definitely recommend him, especially for sports injury massage treatments.
