I did not receive a return call from Lindsey, the office manager. So this was a very clear sign to me, that my experience did not matter. I pray that this was an isolated experience. And, that the owners take the time to address it with their staff. I'm Still Choosing Joy!

I actually drove an hour to every appointment because I liked Aventa so much the first time and wanted to go back to Flowers Hospital. The front staff for check in/ out is always super friendly as well and so are the lab techs !
