He mentioned that the fluid on her brain is causing her eye problems. And then let her go. I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure if there is fluid on a persons brain causing impairment she should be referred to a neurologist. Instead, he emotionally belittles a very impressionable girl that has dealt with more in her life than most and has her leave. Disgusted is an understatement.

Add to that THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE waiting room chairs in any office. (The wide ones with the vinyl-type bottoms look so inviting but when you sit in them you slide awkwardly forward. I was terrified for her to have eye surgery, but he answered all my questions and told me all the possible outcomes. leading up to her surgery I was very confident in him as her eye doctor and surgeon. surgery day came and went well.
