He mentioned that the fluid on her brain is causing her eye problems. And then let her go. I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure if there is fluid on a persons brain causing impairment she should be referred to a neurologist. Instead, he emotionally belittles a very impressionable girl that has dealt with more in her life than most and has her leave. Disgusted is an understatement.

Getting out and seeing the life with clear vision for the first time was mind blowing! My vision is now 20/20, 20/25. For this I am so incredibly thankful! The only reason I am not giving a 5-star review is because it has taken almost two months, both myself and two insurance representatives, calling to get almost $700 in overpayment back. I'm still waiting on check number two. Check your payments against insurance and actual amount covered and paid. This was easy to figure out and I can't help but wonder why the billing manager didn't catch it right away and why I've had to fight for my refund.

I was terrified for her to have eye surgery, but he answered all my questions and told me all the possible outcomes. leading up to her surgery I was very confident in him as her eye doctor and surgeon. surgery day came and went well.
