I left the right lens with her so she could have a better idea of whether or not a frame would work. I figured it would take several days for her to get back to me. I was wrong, Friday morning, I got a call at work that she'd found a pair that would work. The lenses fit perfectly, and the new frame is a warm brown with copper tones, and they only weigh a little more than my old pair. I appreciate the quick work and great service.

I'm still waiting on check number two. Check your payments against insurance and actual amount covered and paid. This was easy to figure out and I can't help but wonder why the billing manager didn't catch it right away and why I've had to fight for my refund.
