I thought this chiropractor was amazing! The first time I visited I got such good attention and…read morecare, and I felt so great the next day. First time in YEARS I woke up without pain. Although they did try to charge me $20 for him to show me some stretches without disclosing the price of that information, which I literally could have looked up myself online. I've been to Dr. Wight about 10 times now, and I can say that first experience was a fluke. Ever since then, I've felt like I'm in a revolving door. They get you in, violently crack you, and get you out. It actually seems like every time I go now, the service gets worse each time. And since my last appointment, I have been in significantly MORE pain. And when I say "my last appointment" I also mean it will be MY LAST APPOINTMENT with Dr. Wight. It's also $52 per visit, which seems high to me compared to other chiropractors in the area that charge less and care more. Also, Dr. Wight has the weird awkward attitude that has made my visits uncomfortable, which sucks. When you go to the chiropractor and spend $52, you would hope the Dr. would be friendly, caring, attentive and actually work on fixing your issues. This Dr. Wight seems to me like he cares more about getting you in and out so he can get his money. Don't waste your money here. There's chiropractor in our area that provide much better service, for example Moss Chiropractic, Orchard's, Kerry Young (I think he is THE best in our area) or literally ANYBODY else. Consider yourself warned.

I never went to their old office, but I really like their current office. All of the staff are so…read morefriendly and helpful. They helped get rid of my back pain in almost no time at all. Pricing is average for the area.

I had the opportunity to spend a significant part of this year evaluating the Idaho Falls/Eastern…read moreIdaho medical system. This is specifically for the EIRMC ER, so does not replace my previous review, but adds to it. After being released from EIRMC for open heart surgery, I had another significant incident 11 days later. I was happily recovering, and was typing at my computer. Our dog ran in from outside, and I said, "Aura, go see your Mooooommmmeeeee." I told my spouse I felt very weird on my left side, so we immediately drove to the ER. I went in saying "I may have had a stroke." Quickly moved to an ER room, they ran multiple tests including an MRI. They told me I did have a stroke, but I wasn't exhibiting any further issues, so they kept me overnight for observation, but released me about noon the next day. That lasted about six hours. I took a nap as soon as I got home, then awakened to call my spouse. "I can't move my left arm and I can't walk well." Back to the ER, more tests and another MRI. They checked me in (turns out it was the same room I'd vacated earlier) and apologized for releasing me prematurely. The stroke area had grown, they went through a few theories over the next few days, settling on a Progressive Ischemic Stroke (PIS), one that "keeps on giving" :( Not much you can do about a stroke, I'd already been on blood thinners due to the heart surgery. After five days, I passed enough hurdles against another stroke and in initial rehab to "graduate" to the sixth floor - their inpatient rehab center. I still couldn't do anything with my left arm, could walk carefully with a walker and assistance, and my speech had improved, but I would be needing rehab for quite some time. I appreciated the ER's response, but of course wish I hadn't been released so quickly.

My husband had a heart attack. It was the very serious one called "The Widow Maker!" The doctors…read moreand support staff at EIRMC were totally professional in their handling of this crisis. They stabilized my husband for 22hours but were ready all the time to take him into surgery if needed. The delay allowed testing to be done so the surgery early the next morning went well. They saved my husband's life! They were pleasant to work with and extremely professional in all aspects. I highly recommend EIRMC!
