His office staff was amazing and friendly and walked me through everything I needed, made appointments for me with the other necessary facilities and made sure I knew what I was doing. Even the billing department is kind and understanding. The after care has been great as well. They've Squeezed me in after thinking I might have messed something up, just to give me peace of mind. I appreciate his thoroughness, his respect and patience. I never feel rushed or as though I'm just patient number. He explains options and procedures, and answers all of my questions. I also appreciate that he recommends natural and non-invasive options. He was a little tough grading my range of motion after rotator cuff repair, but it actually kept me on track doing my home physical therapy exercises. And I now have my full range of motion back! I don't want to ding the practice when most of my experience has been so positive. However, I was referred to Dr Olson recently for an additional opinion re carpal tunnel revision and it was a terrible experience. He was dismissive of my concerns and shot down everything other professionals had concerns about. He even told me how "everyone" sleeps! Wow. His arrogance and lack of concern was staggering.

Dr. Liljenquist is amazing. He explained my X-rays to me after asking me what happened. He checked my range of motion and asked about pain while I moved my arms to various positions. Then he muscle tested me to see what and where the weaknesses were in my muscles. I had both shoulders looked at so I knew if I had future problems to look forward to. After the strength testing on my muscles he suggested we try physical therapy first. Dr. Liljenquist is a surgeon. He could have suggested I have surgery. But he didn't. He took a cautious approach and suggested physical therapy to see if this would help me re-strengthen my muscles. I'm Impressed with his professionalism, his thoroughness, and his desire to see me heal completely. I would highly recommend Dr. Liljenquist.

Recently had a total knee replacement surgery from Dr Biddulph or Bid as I like to call him…read more Several years ago he did my shoulder torn rotator cuff surgery. He had to install 7 mechanical fasteners to put my shoulder back together. So yeah I know Dr Biddulph pretty well. First of all he tells you exactly what the the problem is and how he will fix it with surgery and I like that about him he doesn't sugar coat anything. His staff even though are very busy are very professional and well organized! He has excellent bed side manners while your in the hospital. He follows up very well with with scheduling and such. With it being cold outside and slick roads he recommended home therapy and nurse visits which I was very grateful for that advice. He is just real good about what to anticipate and how everything will go. If your considering any of these surgeries his staff will do an excellent job!!!

Our 5 year old daughter was in Texas and fell off of a play structure and broke both bones in her…read moreleft arm. The local hospital did a temporary cast to allow the swelling to go down and we made an appointment with Dr. Redd. He and the whole staff was excellent. Our daughter needed multiple x-rays and the x-ray tech was gentle and very friendly with our daughter. The nurse was the same. Dr. Redd was very friendly and my daughter, while scared that there would be pain, immediately warmed up to him. He had to put pressure on her arm while setting the cast but each time our daughter was about to cry, he diverted her attention to other topics (birthdays, playing, sports, school, etc.) and before you know it, with hardly a tear, the process was done. I did have an injury to o it while lifting a suitcase a little while before I went to him. He found a small bone that had chipped off and was lodged into the joint space. It was hard for me to imagine (A) how he found that small bone and (B) how that smanhll piece of bone could cause that big of a problem. Regardless, he found it and fixed it for me and I haven't had any problems since. He is a very friendly and compassionate Doctor. The only problem I had was the first knee got a superficial infection when the nurse took out the staples at week 8. She had no gloves on and I suspect that's how it was transmitted. Always make sure they have gloves on, any nurse that will come in contact with a wound. Had to go to wound care for 6 weeks.
