Whoever the receptionist is - short, not helpful, just wants to get off the phone. Wasn't seen by a doctor so can't speak to that.

Dr Colvin is wonderful! He has taken care of many of our family members for 17 years, listens, cares and I would highly recommend him!

CPC Crossroads Dr. Clark is absolutely fantastic. He always gets to the bottom of what is causing my health problem a resolves it. Dr Clark has been my Primary Care Doctor for over 23 years and knows my health problems inside out. As he enters the exam room he can tell me what is the matter with me before I say anything to him. My visit to CPC today was really nice. I went with a great deal of pain but Dr Rachael was so nice and caring, she gave me hope that my pain will soon be under control. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly. The quality of care i receive was excellent! I just had my first appointment and I was impressed! I did my pre-work online so I didn't have to fill out any new patient paperwork once I arrived. I didn't wait long after my appointment time to be called back. The nurse, Holly (I think) who took my vitals was so pleasant and was able to find my vein on the first try with literally no pain. Dr. Hasan was so great! She was very personable and easy to talk to. Helped ease my mind regarding some issues and I loved that she shared a piece of her personal life with me! Patients have to be completely vulnerable with their doctor so it was nice to actually learn something about my doctor's life. I am so happy my family recommended CPC! read more

Preventative health is proactive health. And for me that is a yearly physical. Yes, I have occasionally ailments but they are so few and far between that if I only came for that I wouldn't see this place for years. Around my birthday I schedule my appointment to ensure everything is running smoothly. And just like setting the appointment, my in-person experience runs like clockwork. I check-in (currently on a tablet due to COVID-19 precautions), sit for a few minutes, and then I'm in a room to be seen. My provider and I have been linked for 11 years now and he knows what to compare and contrast from previous years. He's always sure to ask how things are going, school wise, and how my mental health is doing as well. The team here is top notch. I will also mention that this location is where they have their Imaging Services which includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, echocardiogram, nuclear stress testing, and bone density testing. Between this and the dispensary, they have your primary healthcare needs covered! read more

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I called to make a new patient appointment and was told that there was a doctor available. I called back no more than 2 minutes later and got a very rude front office worker who then stated that they were not accepting new patients. Will look elsewhere. So glad I did not book. Replace your front office. read more

Dr Clark and his nursing staff are Awesome However the front staff are often very distracted and fail to follow up on critical communications with the clinical staff often requiring multiple follow up calls and or visits The telephone system is unfriendly and doesn't meet the needs of an aging populations ( increased personal contact is preferred) read more

Horrible first experience, and decided not to wait. Arrived at 7:30 Am for an appointment that was text to me at 8:00 Am. By 8:45 still sitting waiting to be called into the first stage of the waiting process. If your looking for a cattle car approach to medicine this is exactly what you will get. My experience is that the team is not respectful of your time, and are indifferent to the needs of their patients. read more

This location has been such a help with any medical concern or routine checkup I've had over the years. The front desk staff has been the same over time which makes it feel very personal and comfortable. They do their best to get you the care you need and help communicate any concerns. I see Dr. Clark and he is amazing. I've never felt more comfortable and comforted by a doctor. He is so kind, smart, sympathetic and knowledgeable. This place use to be the go to for all of your healthcare needs, but not anymore. The PAs are the rudest people ever! And you never get to see you PCP for more than 3 minutes. They think that you're coming in drug seeking instead of cause of pain seeking. My bp was 136/104 and not once was I asked how I felt, nor was my bp rechecked before being push out the door with an " I won't prescribe you Tramadol without you giving a UA". Not once did I ask to be prescribed anything! I only asked to get to the root cause of my pain. I thought that going to see a doctor was the right thing to do since thus was my PCP. Boy was I wrong! I had back surgery a year ago and have since been dealing with chronic pain. I work with special needs children and Board Certified Behavioral Specialist daily, so I do not have the time nor do I desire to drug seek. I guess some people forget that this can be their situation one day. I will never allow any doctor from this practice to see or touch me ever again. My health is important to me, but apparently, it doesn't matter to them. Go elsewhere before deciding to come to here. They deserve zero stars in my opinion. read more

Dr Price just moved his business to Crossroads problem is he is unable to locate his previous records for a lot of his patients that he just discontinued, which is against the law he is supposed to be able to provide your records upon request for viewing or just going through, he is simply unable to do this when asked about it we were told that the records could not be located when I threatened to bring in a news team I was told to exit the building or they would call the police this may seem fine to you a lot of you that have good medical coverage and were accepted as for those of us who were not we need to try to have our records so we can find new Dr it's just a shame that Crossroad has the Trump attitude when it comes to taking care of others who knows one day they could cut you off no meds no way to find your records Etc is this the type of doctor you want to visit that cannot even come out to tell his patients where to get their records but hide behind a four foot three little Indian doctor as a bodyguard that can only threaten to call the law no this place is not worth visiting read more

My doctor joined their practice on August 1, 2018, and his patients could begin scheduling appointments July 23. I called to schedule both mine and my husbands appointments, which were August 22 & 24 respectively. I showed up for my appointment with the new patient paperwork already completed. When I was called to the front desk to get checked in, I was informed that my insurance was still showing my doctor at his last practice, and therefore was no good. I immediately left and called my insurance company to tell the rep what I was told and asked what I could do. The rep suggested I ask if my doctor can put in for a continuity of care. I called the office to tell the staff member what the insurance rep suggested, and she seemed a bit confused. She then told me that my doctor is in the process of becoming credentialed with their practice, and the process can take ninety days. They already had my records, including insurance information, when I called to schedule my appointment! It would have been nice to have been told this at that time! I'm sure I'm not the only patient there with my type of insurance (off the exchange). I desperately need to see a doctor, and am currently in limbo. I don't have a problem with my doctor, it's the staff at his new practice. Before I went for my appointment, I called about some concerns, and wouldn't hear back for several days. Yesterday (8/22), when I called about my conversation with my insurance company, I also brought up problems that I wanted my doctor to be made aware of (A couple of weeks ago I became very sick for a week, one day spiking a fever of 103 along with severe joint pain and other probs, and my weight dropped from 88 to 82lbs. As of today, I'm still not 100% and my appetite is pretty nonexistent. Anyway, I never received a call back. When my doctor was at his old practice, I had no problems. I am really dumbfounded. My first impression of this practice was not good even before I went to my first appointment. read more

I had thyroid tests done on July 18, 2017. All three (3) tests were normal, requiring no change in my prescription. Using the online CPC Patient Portal, and requested a refill of my thyroid maintenance drug from Dr. Christy Thomas, my primary care physician. A request was sent to and received by my online pharmacy, and after waiting a number of days, I checked with my pharmacy and saw that it was awaiting authorization from Dr. Thomas. I contacted the Grovetown Gateway office and asked about the delay, and was told by the office staff that Dr. Thomas would not authorize a refill until l I had a "follow-up" appointment. I asked why I needed a "follow-up" appointment, since my test results were all normal and she had told me there was no need for a change in my prescription. I could not get an answer as to why a "follow up" appointment was needed. After a number of calls back and forth, I was finally told that it was a policy of Dr. Thomas to not refill a prescription without first seeing the patient. I agreed to make an appointment, since I had no choice. I also said that I wasn't going to pay the $10.00 co-pay, because this was a totally unnecessary appointment. When I arrived for my appointment on August 10, 2017, I was informed that Dr. Thomas had dismissed me as a patient, and I was handed a letter by the office manager stating as such, and furthermore that I was banned from seeing any other doctor in any Center for Primary Care office. A certified letter was sent to Dr. Robert A. Suykerbuyk, CEO of CPC, asking if tit was corporate policy to allow a CPC physical to ban a patient from seeing any other CPC physician......no answer provided. I made three calls to CPC Human Resources......no answer provided. I finally called another CPC office and was told that it was in fact a corporate policy, agreed to by all CPC physicians. Don't upset your primary care physician associated with the Center for Primary Care, or you may be banned from any other physician within the CPC network! read more
