I was visiting this Dentist office as a new patient. While I was sitting in the chair, the assistant come in and said that the dentist doctor would be 20 to 30 minutes late that he was not in the building and was stuck in traffic . The fact is there were no traffic conditions Within a 50 mile radius at that time. I told them what my concerns were with regard to treatment insurance, etc. etc. I was left waiting in the chair. The assistance returned after about 15 minutes and told me that my insurance was not in network with their dental office. This is amazing and so unprofessional that they did not covered this upfront before I ever even came to their office. the person that I originally made the appointment with me told me that they were in network. In addition to all of this they took a full mouth x-ray when I first came in without getting any of the details as far as what treatment, our insurance coverage etc. I have never been exposed to such an unprofessional Dental office. Spent my time and gas which amount to basically half a day because of their unprofessionalism, and they have a full mouth x-ray of my teeth of which I will have to do again when I see another dentist if there is any professionalism left in this organization. They should reimburse me for my time my gas money And the taking of x-rays and wasting a half a day of my time. A horrible experience. read more

I received a text confirmation of my appointment and showed up at 8:30 as scheduled When I got there the lights were off and the door was locked there were 3 other patients standing outside and we were all wondering where the staff was Finally the doctor showed up at 8:40 but still no receptionist no hygienist no staff Finally a receptionist showed up at 8:50 after 20 minutes of standing outside I was like okay now I will be able to get my appointment When I go up to the counter she tells me I have no appointment and I'm not in the system!!!! I show her the confirmation of my appointment on my phone and she says all we can do for you today is an exam and x-ray ...no cleaning Beware of these people they are very very unprofessional and it looks like to me that they do not know what they are doing at all! HORRIBLEEEEE!!!! Let me say this first, when I went in May, the actual dentist that took care of me ( I forgot her name, sorry) and did my fillings, she was AMAZING! The rest of the office, just plain horrible. I found this place by chance trough groupon, $29 for a cleaning and x-rays, which I thought was a bargain for what you have to pay without insurance. It makes sense now why they have to use groupon, horrible, HORRIBLE, horrible service. When I had to get my fillings done, they gave me the option of financing it, not knowing at the time they were approving me for a credit card through care credit. After I got approved, I changed my mind and decided to charge it on my own personal cc, and they said they would refund the money on care credit. A month later I receive a bill from care credit, and when I call to speak to the office about the how I was charged twice, and I've called 4 times within the last week, they told me that everyone in the office is busy or a bill coordinator will call me back. I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO A SINGLE PERSON INSIDE THE OFFICE since I've called (it's been a week). I am beyond upset with their service. Either find another groupon deal, or get dental insurance so you can find a real dental office. read more

I have a lot of work to get done but I feel like I'm finally making progress thanks to him! His assistant Wanda is also amazing and definitely someone I look forward to seeing when I go there. Initially I was nervous to go to the dentist because it had been many years since I went. I knew I had to remove my wisdom teeth and from the moment the doctor placed his eyes on my X-ray, he caught what I figured was the problem. Dr. Hermannsson was very nice, knowledgeable, and comforting. The wisdom tooth extraction was painless although I was tense due to the experience itself, however Dr.Hermannsson eased my tension every now and then haha. The dental assistant Madalaine (Don't know if that's how you spell her name) was amazing and very very sweet. Things are not free and this dentistry was very reasonable with me during my experience. I also purchased a Groupon and was told I needed a more thorough service which would cost more money. It made perfect sense because I was overdue and it was something I've had pending for a while. I had problems getting my mouth numb and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was numb and did not feel pain, they had all the patience in the world. Worst dental office I've ever been to! If I could give this office no stars or negative stars I would. I cannot even begin to tell you how badly they treat their clients and the level of incompetence of their dentists. They have several and none of them seem to agree on anything. In my case, they made me suffer through a root canal for six weeks before admitting that they did not know how to do it. But they still charged me for it! It is painfully obvious that they cannot be trusted and care only about the money, not their patients. Do yourself a favor and find another office if you need a dentist. read more

I'm extremely unsatisfied with this dental office and their deceptive practices. My only contact with this office was via a groupon purchase for xrays and cleaning for $29. I arrived 30 minutes early in order to complete initial docs. My app was for 3pm. I was not seen until 3:30. Digital xrays were taken and a basic exam was conducted by Dr. Ramos. I was then informed by the office manager, that my teeth needed a "special" cleaning, not covered by my groupon. She advised me that this "special" cleaning would cost an additional $155 beyond the cost of the groupon. When I challenged the ofice manager, she stated that I should have read the fine print on the groupon. No explanation is located in the groupon. I left the office without my cleaning. DO NOT use this dentist and become a victim like me ! Groupon issued a credit to my account. read more

Stay away from these people, my wife goes in for a cleaning paid for by groupon, has a $285 value, when they sit her in the chair they tell her she needs a "intermediate cleaning" due to some plaque they charge her $150 plus take her groupon from her. Obviously she was in the chair she was not going to leave. They lure you in with the groupon and then tell her she needs a intermediate cleaning. That's false advertising. WORSE PLACE EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY HERE! Unfortunately the is no option for zero stars and giving the 1 really bothers me when they don't deserve it. I have been in the customer service business for over 15 yrs and I have never experienced such poor service. 1st they messed up my appointment time, I scheduled a 1 pm appointment and the had me for 2 pm in their system, so I decided to go out of my way and reschedule another appointment that I had to attend this one and clearly explained to Melissa (one of the receptionist) that I would keep the 2 pm appointment but I would be coming in late because I was far from the office, she told me it was ok but to please make sure I come in with my new patient forms completed and I agreed. So I get there and another receptionist which was very rude and a liar! (some girl with glasses) told me that they couldn't see me because I was late. I explained to her that they messed up my appointment time and that they told me it was ok to arrive late. She still said no and went to the back office to check with her office manager. She comes back and tells me her manager said no that they couldn't see me. I requested to speak to the office manager and after making me wait for over 20 minutes she told me that there is nothing she could do. All I can say is that this office staff has no customer service training what so ever and that they all need to get on the same page when providing information. They're a buch of incompetents and totally wasted my time. No wonder they're on Groupon selling a dental cleaning, x-rays and consultation for $31. Hey, I guess you get what you pay for. read more
