I was only moved to the chair after I asked for a clinical evaluation. Dr. Cabanillas briefly reviewed the X-rays I brought and immediately recommended removing most of my teeth and placing full-arch prosthetics for a flat $100,000. No clinical examination, functional assessment, occlusal evaluation, or diagnostic work-up was performed before presenting this plan. When I asked for a diagnostic model to be made, something that is typically a part of prosthodontic planning, I was told, "I don't do models. You need to find another provider.?" I left with no detailed evaluation, no individualized treatment plan, and no explanation of alternative options. This was not the prosthodontic consultation I expected.

My dental hygienist, Michelle, is super awesome. She tells you how it is, but in a friendly way, not a scolding way. She tells you what you need to work on to improve your gum health and she is very knowledgeable. I plan on keeping this office as my dentist. I dont want to say I look forward to going back because really no one loves to go to the dentist, but I dont mind as much because of the staff and Dr Pascal.
