When I got to the office, I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt and several of the girls were whispering about a client that was there in an exam room. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was told that they no longer do the procedure that I was interested in and that they haven't done it in a very long time. Not cool. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending this office to anyone. That office really needs to work on their delivery.

This is my second surgery with Dr. Hadaegh and he never disappoints. From my very first appointment…read morethrough surgery and now recovery, my experience with Dr. Hadaegh and his entire team (Sandra, Laura and Meaghan!) has been outstanding. Dr. Hadaegh was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable and confident going into surgery. On the day of the procedure, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and organized -- they truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and supportive. Every nurse and staff member treated me with compassion and care, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. The pre-op instructions were clear, recovery guidance was thorough, and I felt genuinely cared for at every step. I am now in recovery and could not be more grateful for the level of care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Hadaegh and his team to anyone considering this procedure. They are professional, compassionate, and truly exceptional. Can't wait for my third hopefully this year!!! In addition, I have even referred my sister-in-law who is also going to him for surgery in August! I couldn't recommend him enough. I never felt pressed once to book the surgery they provide the estimate and I book when I am ready. Dr. Hadaegh is beyond careful and that is what O want and I will forever be a life long patient of his.

I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing. DR. GLAVAS...where do I start? First I have had 21 years of experience working for plastic…read moresurgeons as a practice cosmetic coordinator/medical assistant so I have some knowledge of plastic surgery procedures. I did my homework, checked his reviews and thought he would be a good choice to discuss upper & lower blepharoplasty. I did have a previous blepharoplasty 25 years ago so I knew what to expect and it was a very easy and uneventful recuperation. My first appointment with DR. GLAVAS lasted 5 minutes and when I left I thought he didn't have much to say. His response to my questions were "yes we can do that" but I thought he has a good reputation so he knows what he's doing. Fast forward, I had the surgery (my mistake) and knew immediately when I got home that there was something wrong with my right eye. There was a cut in the upper right corner that extended beyond my upper lid so you could see my eyeball! Both eyes were a mess so much so that I had to wear sunglasses in the house. I waited two days before calling his office and was told he was in Japan for two weeks and had NO coverage! I never heard of such a thing. A doctor goes out of town, he has to have coverage especially a surgeon. They said I could go to a hospital ER but it would probably be a 4 hour wait if I went to MA Eye & Ear. I then called optholmologists and oculoplastic surgeons but no one would see me because they did not do the surgery. I finally after 1 1/2 weeks of suffering walked into my old optholmogist's office crying that someone had to see me. I had two doctors in the room and the first thing they said was "who did this to you". They prescribed antibiotics but said I have to see the doctor immediately when he returns which I did. His response was "you're healing. Give it time". At my next follow-up with me still wearing sunglasses in the house, my eyes not fully closing but hard to keep them open and the big cut still on the right eyelid. Also, there were 9 people ahead of me in the waiting room so I timed their visits. He literally spent 2-3 minutes with each patient. I had several more visits all being the same with many people ahead of me and his spending so little time with each one. My longest appointment with him was 5 minutes. He said nothing other than he could probably stitch the hole in my right lid and got defensive when I expressed my concerns. To make this story shorter, it has now been 14 months post surgery and my eyes are still not right nor are they comfortable. My left eye is much smaller than my right (he said because one eyebrow is higher than the other! If so, wouldn't the surgeon compensate for that?? I still have to wear sunglasses outside, am constantly putting in eye drops because I feel like I have sticks in my eyes. I have very visible scars that look like blisters in the corners of both eyes. He did laser on my lower lids for discoloration and fine lines for which I paid $6300.00!! They look the same with no improvement other than now having scars. He did say he could redo this but was going to charge me again. Sorry this is so long but my experience with DR. GLAVAS has been horrific. STAY AWAY. He's all about volume and doesn't care about his patients. Time to retire, DR. GLAVAS. P.S. My neighbor also used him and had issues.
