The pool on site is beautiful, and although it should be a safe place to bring your family, it is not. There is zero dress code or concern that there have been several complaints made about someone dressing completely inappropriately. It is actually so bad that when we see a specific resident at the pool, due to how revealing her attire and behavior is, we leave because I don't know my children to be around that. I spoke with Bob, the owner of Forest Meadows about this, and although he assured me he would personally take care of the situation, he has not. She does have a team of agents that work with her and I did at times work different members due to the market being very tight and the need to get into homes with extremely short notice. DO NOT do any business that includes Bryce Keesee. Bryce says all the right things but does nothing. He is has been collecting rent from our 6+ properties for all of 2022 and I have received about $500 in 11 months. He claims there are all sorts of expenses he has to pay but can't provide any receipts other than those from his construction company. In trying to sell all our properties, the realtor says they are all run down and virtually worthless and that no work has been done on these houses in years. So where did all my rehab money go .... straight into Bryce's pockets.
