Visited the YMCA at Centennial Hills around 5pm as a non-member, and check-in was super easy. Non member price to go swimming is just $5 per person. We headed to the pool area and were pleasantly surprised. There's a large kiddie pool that felt warmer than the main pool, which was nice for the little ones. The facility also has two diving boards and two water slides, which were a big hit. Just a heads-up: to use those, you'll need to pass a swim test that's offered about once an hour. It involves jumping in and swimming across a section of the pool--simple but important for safety. There's not much in terms of lounge seating, but there is bench-style seating along the walls if you want to take a break or keep an eye on the kids. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked about the swim test and other amenities. After we left (non-members have to exit at a certain time), we noticed music playing loudly and a lot of lifeguards arriving. It seemed like they were gearing up for a private or members-only event. Plenty of parking and easy to access. Overall, a solid experience for the price. Would definitely come back!

Since the indoor pool close to our home was closed, we were told that the YMCA in the Centennial location family swim was open. I was astonished to see how big this location was compared to their other locations. The amicable lady who worked at check in who is named, Kristin was helpful and accommodating because she seen how my eager my 5 year old was to finally be able to swim, she's been asking me to take her to the pool since wee hours early in the morning. I was amazed to learn that they have so many programs available for people of all ages. Gym and workout classes. My only complaint is the family pool/swim training pool is not as big as the other locations. However, the employees were nice and the temperature of the water was perfect, the facility was clean also but my daughter had tons of fun, YMCA does provide life vests and eye goggles for the kiddos. If you're afraid of the sun damage like me, take your family to YMCA for some indoor swimming! They'll have so much fun. They also have swim lessons but you need to sign up early for that, classes do fill up quickly. They have both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

This is an amazing YMCA facility. The staff is extremely friendly, competent and helpful. I used the pool and the pool area is very large and well organized. The lifeguards were very polite, helpful and informative. This was my second visit to the YMCA, I have been thoroughly impressed during both of my visits.

This review is just on their summer membership; in particular their swimming offering. Every summer, my daughter and I typically get the Sizzling Summer Membership. This includes 4 months of membership with the Y at $200.00. With this membership, you can get access to the facility, inside pool and outside pool for the summer. The front desk staff is super helpful! Everyone that I have spoke to at the front has been very kind and knowledgeable on all of the program offerings at the Y. Inside the Y, the building is quite spacious with a variety of different offerings such as programs: Soccer, Basketball, Karate, Dance, Swim etc.. There are mini-games (like air-hockey ..) inside the facility. The Y also offers child-care while you are at work and even offers summer programs for kids. The Y has their very own workout facility as well. My daughter and I primarily go to the Y for swimming. Inside pool has a variety of lap pools and a therapy pool. The outside pool has two different areas. A smaller, heated pool for younger children and their larger pool that has two water slides and two diving boards. Great way to cool off in the hot summer! I really enjoy this facility. If you're looking to become a member at the Y, I'd highly recommend the Centennial Hills facility.

Cute place. Cheap to hold parties if you're a member. My son did preschool here and he loved it.

Is Rex swimming available in therapy pool? And if so what are the times? The website says 5-7pm. And Cosme is $5 per person if we do not have a membership correct?

So I said let me give this place a shot after reading what they can offer for me on their website. Mike welcomed me, he also gave me a tour in their facility and explained what it's like working out here. He also try to see what my goal is. So I tried it, My first day I was so nervous, but everyone made me feel welcome and I felt was never alone each exercise. The coaches here are amazing, you can always ask them about anything! They stick with you through the workouts and they watch your form carefully. Push you to your limit while also being safe. Let me tell you though, IT IS NOT EASY, but it's worth it. It's been three weeks and I'm still here. I been attending everyday, now this is my new addiction. They lend you a heart monitor to track your heart rate or you can buy them(as of what I did) and they tell you whats the target color or heart rate for that day. Best part excecise program changes every month. Atmosphere here is amazing, spacious and it is always clean. Parking is very well convenient. I guess what really sold me into is I felt like I became part of the BFT Family and it is something big. We have fun during workouts and we push each other day by day. Give it a try! your body and mind will thank you. I know ill be here for a while, years maybe.

I found B Fitness through Instagram and decided to give it a try. The gym is women only which was a huge plus for me! I decided to start doing some "drop ins" to try out some of the classes they offer. Their pilates classes are amazing. The reformers are well maintained and the classes are small, meaning the instructors can focus on each person. I also have been loving the kickboxing classes!! I was so scared to start going, as I'm not really in the best shape, but my fears quickly went away when I realized what a welcoming and fun environment Korrinas classes are. She is an amazing instructor and provides really helpful instructions for each workout. Additionally, they offer a membership for unlimited classes and 24/7 gym access as well. And after attending and enjoying so many classes, it's something that I'm definitely considering. If you're looking for a welcoming environment with great energy and an amazing variety of classes then B Fitness is the perfect option!

I'd been an EOS member years ago at a different location, I'm back in the area, and I figured I'd rejoin. I didn't even make it that far. While I was there, I watched an employee named Mike yelling obscenities and belittling one of his coworkers. Not joking around. Not friendly banter. It was loud, hostile, incredibly unprofessional, and uncomfortable enough that I turned around and walked right back out. After some time passed, I decided to give the location another chance. Maybe the guy was having a spectacularly bad day. Maybe he didn't work there anymore. Surely that wasn't the normal atmosphere. So I went back yesterday. Guess who was there? Mike. And this time I could hear him speaking to a MEMBER about having to "clean up your $h!t." Seriously, EOS? This is who you have representing your business to potential and paying members? I've now walked into this location twice, months apart, and on BOTH occasions the same employee was behaving aggressively and speaking disrespectfully to people around him. At some point, "bad day" stops being a reasonable explanation and you start wondering why management tolerates it. A gym employee doesn't need to kiss anyone's butt. But basic professionalism and the ability to speak to coworkers and members without acting like an angry middle-school hall monitor on a power trip seems like a pretty low bar. I will absolutely not be returning to this location. And considering the alternative is dealing with the crowds at LVAC, congratulations. You somehow made LVAC look appealing. I'd rather dodge 400 people fighting over a bench than spend my money somewhere a disgruntled staff member with a superiority complex is apparently part of the membership experience.
