Last year I bought a property from the bank, in which Debbie F was the Realtor representing this bank. I am a woman and when I saw her profile I saw her WBEMC and it made me feel more comfortable; however the property purchase did not go well. The main problem here and the existence of this review is, when I contact Debbie about a water leak that I had while purchasing the property, she did not follow the proper procedure costing me thousands of dollars to fix the water damage in the walls. What I was really disappointed at, was the way she handle the 2nd water leak that happened because the bank did not fix properly. I contact her several times and she only gave me the run around from the banks number to the "guy" not a company but and individual who fixed the broken pipe. Overall I am just writing this review in hope that others will read it and make the smart decision in choosing the right Realtor. Please do your homework in working with a good Realtor and you will save thousands of dollars.

They processed us fast and within 2 days we knew if we had the place. They helped walk us through their process and were very friendly. We had two maintenance issues and they were SO responsive! Their answer is that your application can be used for other properties they manage. This is illegal and I have reported them to DRE. If you have applied and been told that you were qualified but they chose someone else, you should ask for a refund and if they don't give it to you, you should file your own complaint. I didn't apply when they explained their business practices. Outrageous, avoid if you can.
