The work environment was notably toxic, marked by unprofessional behavior from supervisors and marginal training. There was a significant lack of organization and cohesion within the team A major concern was the favoritism and team splitting, which undermined team morale and efficiency. Instead of fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, the organization seemed to pit DSPs against one another for job security. This included instances where DSPs were encouraged to lie about one another, creating a highly divisive and stressful environment.Overall, the negative aspects of my time at ILC overshadowed any positive experiences. The issue I have is that more than 50% of the time I have been overcharged and/or charged for items I didn't buy. A couple of times one of our party has caught it in time. When we caught it as we were loading stuff in the car this time, I immediately went back in and I was told I could get store credit (which requires a commitment to return to a store I struggle to trust), and, "there is nothing else we can do." One time, I can suck it up and deal with. A second time, okay, there is still room for grace. But to repeatedly have this experience, I need to tell people to- BEWARE! I go to thrift stores because as mom of a large family, I DO need to count my soon to be discontinued pennies!

But the sales and prices clearly made up for that, I was greeted by volunteers telling me the specials of the day which included a color tag and then women's tops. I found some great brands because it is so well organized and the prices were reasonable. I just loved this place and had such a great time exploring the racks.
